Absolutely loved our stay here, the view from our room was amazing. The whole staff is extremely helpful from the moment you arrive till the day you check out, the small details really made our stay memorable, there is someone always near to help you with anything that you need. The area is great near tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, north bund park. Area is safe , clean, absolutely worth the price. Rooms are very modern and you have everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was also great lots of variety and they do change it up everyday. Highly recommend this hotel. Amazing view and location

I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was convenient with a mall next door with the metro underground and walking distance to the Bund. Service was friendly and attentive and hotel facilities were fantastic with a 24/7 gym, indoor and outdoor pool, spa with massaging showers, and a onsen style spa with cold plunge and sauna free for guests to use. Couldn't fault this stay and will definitely be back when travelling to Shanghai in the future.
