Everything we needed! Modern, clean, in a fairly quiet neighborhood, with amenities and easy access to I-5. Comfy beds, efficient heating, well-stocked kitchen. Did I say clean? So clean. It was too wet during our short stay, but the backyard looked like a charming space to hang out.

Exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we could need for our stay, this was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed at. The bedrooms were large and spacious, with extra supplies of sheets & blankets (which we used). The double-bathrooms was great too. Kitchen was fully stocked - we could find everything easily. Check-in & check-out instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommended!

Very nice VRBO. Exactly as described. Backyard was lovely, especially with the covered sitting area.Location was good for access to Lassen. Downtown Redding a short drive away.Shasta Lake City doesn't have a lot of amenities, but a grocery store is close for stocking up on supplies

We loved the house. It was great except the previous guest must have had a dog and the house smelled like a dog. I had to use air freshener and open all the windows. There was no dog hair but the smell was overwhelming and powerful. After 24 hours with the windows open the smell dissipated but it was rough the first night.

Great stop for our road trip!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. It was the perfect location to many outdoor activities. The home itself was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Will definitely be back to do more exploring!

Wonderful property, better than described

This was the perfect property for our week-long Lake Shasta/Redding area stay. The yard was perfect for our two dogs. The home is nicely updated, and the main bedroom mattress was great; it was not too firm or soft. The home is between two dental businesses, and there were never any issues with traffic or noise. It is an easy on/off the freeway. It was perfect for a couple or small family stay. The internet was great, and I had no issues while working during the week. The owner/manager is very responsive, respectful, and pleasant. We will look to stay here again.
