Jaded rooms and overall hotel needs a complete renovation. The initial room which I got had fire hazard with the air conditioning equipment exposed out and upon complaint was moved to an upgraded room. Bathrooms were clean and bedding comfortable. Breakfast spread was great. I won’t stay again though.

Great city centre location

Comfortable bed, clean and quiet room which was big but rather sparsely furnished for the size of it. The reception staff in the evening were definitely much friendlier than the day staff were during our stay. Very convenient location in the city centre. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is superb! Spa area is quite dirty. Floors dirty, rubbish left around, empty drinking cups littering the water area. Sadly the steam room had a musty smell and didnt feel safe to use. They did provide a towel which was a positive. Nice little swimming pool too. Joe on reception was ok. Didnt offer a very personal service on check-in. Took a phone call whilst checking us in, 'Eva' I think? You know what they say about first impressions?

Room not vacuumed - apology and drink voucher. Privilege room only 1 bathrobe. Asked for another robe and 2 pairs of slippers Mouse ran under my table at breakfast. Seated at other side of restaurant. No apology or empathy. Environmental guy came in and removed a black box mouse trap from a nearby covered table and checked it then put it near first table we sat at. I have a photo of that happening . Been here many times over the years but I have more issues I could mention.
