Retuning customer so the standard is known. Room was on the 1st floor (normally higher up on levels 4,5 or 6), twin room requestes howeve the 2 single beds were tiny and the normal size i was used to.

Clean and comfortable rooms. However the TV was complicated and did not work. We also booked two rooms and one had a poor bathroom which was intended for an elderly or disabled person. I complained and we were moved to a better room. We had dinner on our second night at the hotel and it was very poor sub-standard pub food.

Ideal location, room was ok but when we stayed last year our room was much better. Toilet broke on first flush but was repaired the following day. We could hear the constant motion of the elevator going up and down throughout the night which was annoying.

The hotel is showing its age and issues pointed out on the last visit still not resolved. I have yet to stay in a decent accor group hotel, tgey just dont seem to care.
