Welcome to Harstine Island in Shelton! This beautiful custom house and guest cabin make up the perfect vacation getaway and comfortably sleep 14 guests! Conveniently located to Jarrell Cove state park, Spencer Lake and more, this home is just minutes from outdoor activities. Relax by the warm fire and enjoy the amazing views from the large picturesque windows, observe the wildlife or gaze at the stars, kayak around the cove or hike in the nearby trails.

Welcome to peace, tranquility, luxury and comfort at this custom designed waterfront Harstine Island home. Just 90 minutes from Seatac airport and an hour outside Bremerton this luxuriously comfortable home is set up for family gatherings. Equipped with kayaks, games and more this property is the ideal setting for vacations.

Sit back and enjoy the views from every main room of the house. Home is a peaceful western-exposed paradise with 100 ft. of low bank waterfront/tidelands. The island is beautiful year round and perfect for the outdoor enthusiast. Kayak in the cove, snuggle by the fire with a good book, create delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard, play the games outside while watching the wildlife, go hiking and more. Jarrell Cove is a short 10-minute drive or Spencer Lake is just over the bridge. The island has been preserved with no development outside of residential homes creating a truly peaceful environment to enjoy. The Spencer Lake Bar & Grill is only 7 minutes from the house across the bridge, and the town of Belfair is less than 30 minutes away for shopping and dining.

The main house features 2 indoor gas fireplaces, large open well-equipped kitchen with bar, work space, 3 showers, a jacuzzi in the master and soaking tub upstairs in the main. Each room has their own TV, closet and dresser for storage. There is a 2-car garage for the main house and a 1-car garage for the cabin. Plenty of space to spread out and have fun listening to your favorite tunes through the Sonos system set up in the main house.

Step out on the back patio of the main house to create a sizzling meal on the grill while enjoying the view, as well as plenty of seating options and gazebo. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while watching the water and wildlife. Home is equipped with kayaks for guest use, be sure to wear life jackets!

Home has lighted stairs to lower level, gorgeous chandeliers and abundance of light fixtures creating a soft ambience and mood.

Main house upper floor has exquisitely designed guest bath with black marble features, shower and soaking tub, 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, bonus den space that has a full over full bunk, fireplace and couch.

Lower level of main house boasts oversized primary room with huge closet, double doors to patio leading to water and generous 5 piece ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, double vanity and shower.

The guest cabin is up the hill from the main house and has a higher vantage point with stunning views of water and mountains. The cabin has several games for guests to enjoy, an indoor gas fireplace and luxurious comforts. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfy queen bed in the loft and full sleeper sofa.

Both homes have full-size washer and dryer for guest use and plenty of storage throughout the space.

Cabin has low ceiling in loft space – watch your head!

Guests have access to whole house and cabin. Walk the 100 feet of private saltwater beach, within the roped area.

We give guests space but are around if needed.

No harvesting allowed. No walking on neighbor`s beach or backyards.
Return kayaks where you found them - remember the life jackets!
Do not walk on neighboring private beaches or backyards.
No more than 14 guests, only 4 car max allowed on property.
Please no food or drink on the shuffleboard table. We want it to be nice for you and future guests!

No shellfish harvesting is allowed on the beach, we are trying to rebuild the oyster beds

Very steep driveway to main house, please be careful.
Max of 14 guests - any extra guest will be charged $100/per night, per guest and if house rules are not followed it will result in immediate cancellation of stay at guest risk and expense.
