Very Moldy walls and baseboards. Dark and spooky, especially the washroom. 4 stars and they charged me for toothbrush and regular toiletries. No Wifi on iPhone. All instructions in chinese. Stained carpets. Aircon sputtering noisy and not really cold. I can’t even upload pics of all the mold.

エアコンがベッドの枕の上の位置に設置され、水が垂れてきて、水浸しになった。またトイレの水は相当流れが悪く、詰まるし、水の溜まりが悪い。 更に上記理由をホテル側にお伝えしても、面倒くさい雰囲気を醸し出しながら、部屋の変更はなし。 深センのホテルを色々試しながら宿泊しているが、このホテルと同価格帯にはたくさん良いホテルがあるため、最低評価をつけさせてもらいます。

我預訂的是加大床房，去到酒店登記的時候，酒店卻說我所預訂只是普通床房，給不了加大床的房，普通房要就要，不要的話就自己去追訂房的網站，舆酒店無關，大清早8點多就開始再鑽墻，打電話詢問，接電話的十分不耐煩的講了兩句就把電話掛了。

已經是第二次入住了! 酒店位於大劇院站A / D出口, 步行大概7-8分鐘路程, 位置未算十分近地鐵但整體亦算方便. 實景酒店比網上的相舊, 感覺沒有相中華麗, 而且入夜時間酒店燈光不太充足(大堂 & 房間也是), 整體感覺都是暗暗的. 本次入住的是豪華標準客房, 1 張特大雙人床, 因為是豪華客房, 酒店房間頗大, 有觀景露台但可惜被鎖住了, 門窗的鎖 & 淋浴室的玻璃門都壞了, 我跟男朋友除除關了就算, 希望可以維修一下. 以四百多元價錢感覺尚可接受, 不太驚喜也不算太差, 但如果價錢能再平一點的話一定會再光顧!
