Very convenient if you are coming from Hong Kong. If you have the intention to travel to Guangzhou after your stay in Shenzhen this hotel would be perfect as it is very near to the railway station. The only downside is that the hotel is a little old.

Locked in during the Typhoon. Hotel is older but well maintained. Had water come into the room from the storm but minor. Overall a classy place. Junior staff could do with some training as they are too often looking at their phone screens rather than attending to customers. Again overall a very nice place to stay. Oh and location is PERFECT.

It’s a great hotel and located fairly close to the HK border which makes it easily accessable if you are coming by train from HK. I guess the hotel has been built some time ago and is slightly dated. Also it would be great if the hotel can be connected to the underpass and especially when it rains it is hard to get across to the railway station
