Friendly atmosphere

The owner and staff were absolutely wonderful, and the personal touches in the room; hot chocolate and homemade flapjack were lovely. However, we could not get our room to warm up, it needed a much bigger radiator for the amount of cold from all the big windows, the shower was awful, and there was no soundproofing so we were kept awake each night by other guests flushing toilets and having to listen to one couple arguing and slamming doors.
