The room was renovated and nice and clean; however, the bathroom tub/shower was very dirty in appearance at the bottom. Somehow we got put in a handicap room. Not sure if the mess on the tub was from chairs or what in it but it turned me off to this location. Probably will not stay here again. The room and bed were super nice. I like baths and could not use it.

Nice people, but we were there because of a hospital stay. After spending the day in the hospital, we needed 4 towels a day. This seemed to be a tall task. We had to go to the desk to get the clean towels. The corners of the shower had mold. The faucet in the RR would not turn off without tweaking it. Finally….NO ICE machines worked . Finally, I found one after going thru the 2 and 3 floors.

Friendly staff helping with whatever was needed. Super clean room, spacious and accommodating! Special shoutout to the security guard who went out of his way to get me ice for our room and cooler, since the ice machines in our hallway were not working.
