The staff was genuinely wonderful & very helpful. However, the hotel is so poorly maintained and the room so incredibly dirty that it’s surprising Holiday Inn keeps its name on this location.

When we first arrived the room we had smelled like smoke and the carpet and chair wasn’t cleaned. They changed our room. In our new room when I woke up the next morning it was an ant crawling by my head. I wanted to leave then but my boyfriend said we was leaving in the morning . They changed our room for the 3rd time & there was no problem after that but it was just not cleaned overall . Needs more sanitation.

We were moved three times. The last room they had to bring a refrigerator and microwave in. The job in the shower came off when we tried to shower and we also found a roach in the room. Despite these issues, i was advised i would receive a discounted rate which they lied about that. This was my second time staying here and i will NEVER book holiday inn again!

Room was slightly dirty tub, furniture, and smell of the room. The shower wasnt working matenance was called. He stated that it would take him 30-60 minutes to chane the shower head. He said we can get another room. We had an event to attend to in an hour. The desk didnt have another room. We kept the room with the broken shower and the wayer filled up in the tub. The water drainage wasnt working properly. It wasn't a good experience.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Room (on first floor)was disgusting. Carpet was damp, sticky and smelled the old wet closed in space. Ceiling with yellow stains covering. Walls with buckled areas and brown stains. Shower did not drain. Bed was comfortable. Just overall a dirty disgusting feel to the room. Getting to the room required going thru a narrow hallway with multiple sharp turns. It appeared as if it was not for guests. Gym had nice set of dumbbells various weights with a nice bench and good selection of cardio equipment. There is a cable machine that is not in proper working condition. Closest ice machine was on 3rd floor and did not work. Ice machine on 4th floor worked well.
