There was an undisclosed $100 credit card hold. There was a case of empty beer bottles in our room. There was no lotion in our room. Everything else was great, and I highly recommend.

We loved staying at the Margaritaville in Shreveport. The room was clean, large, excellent bed, large shower and a ceiling fan. We ate at the ESPN Grill and it was really great.

Ok but not what I am used to.

Was ok the room was clean, but the hotel and casino not so much. The construction was an inconvenience. Some of the hotel staff at the front desk need to remember they are the face of the hotel and should act like it. Was very rude.
