I got a call at 2:15 am on my room(204) phone from a guy said he was the front desk manager. He said that I needed to vacate my room on 15 mins because they had american airline pilots that were coming. If I refuse to vacate I would be forceable removed and band from the premises. I had to wake my 94 year old mother to tell her we must leave with no idea where we would go at 2:30am. I call the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone would not work but he just called me on it. The woman who answered at the front desk said it was a hoax.

Was a cold night in the 30's. Set the heat for 73. Still cold in room. Went to 80. Says room temp is 72. Never got warmed up hot tub is warm nit HOT. Bed was good. Room has plenty of space.

Good value for money for an overnight stay on the road. Breakfast was average. Bed was good but I couldn’t get on with the little square pillows. Shower and bathroom was excellent. Cracker Barrel just across a parking lot if are tired of driving that day.

Very nice room. Free breakfast was adequate but not at the level of a competitor chain that was cheaper by 15 dollars a night. Still, this breakfast offered the usual cereals and bagel/toast, with eggs and sausage. I passed on the breakfast because I saw no hash browns, bacon, or juice options. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Staff was very friendly.

Parking area was decent and well lit. Landscaping at front of hotel leaves much to be desired. Rooms need updating. We were on the 4th floor. Immediately upon stepping off of elevator we smelled pet urine. The entire hallway smelled like dogs had been kenneled on that floor
