The staff smile a lot but they are very young (19-27 yers old) and spend a lot of time on their phones and speaking amongst themselves. As a result, guests have to ask repeatedly for things or information. The electricity went out frequently (one time for over 4 hours). The air conditioning wasnā€™t working when I arrived and often fans were used and no air conditioning. My room was on the side/street and lots of noise (window was old). The hotel is old and run-down in general. The pool was nicest thing about the entire property. At least it was inexpensive.
