The communication manager and the check-in process was top-notch. Very friendly very quick with responses. Parking however, was an issue. It was pretty far away. There really wasnât any place to hang our clothes. And no shelves anywhere in the bathrooms to speak of.Would I stay here again yes
First there were many steps to reach apartment - it was cold and we could only use higher heat for 20minutes which did not make it comfortable. The tv was not hooked up and it took a week to have it working. We asked to have the lights over the table replaced as they were burned out and had no satisfaction. The stairs17 of them down to the washer was not reported. Not suitable for elderly. The main beds were hard and uncomfortable. The street is very busy and noisy. We left 2 days early. Would not recommend.
Stayed for 2 nights to see Siena. Perfect place for a home base. Parked about 10 minutes before, just outside the restriction zone. Two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. No coffee in the room, coffee shops down the street a few minutes away. Lots to see and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. We recommend it.
Booked for a 2 week stay for a language school. Spacious well appointed apartment. Located in the historic district with all its charm and easy to walk to grocery store, fruit stand, restaurants and cultural locations. Easy access to transportation. Good communication with management company although some glitches that were quickly rectified.
Be aware there is a lot of street noise often lasting late into the night.
My recommendation for management: the master bed was so firm to be very uncomfortable for me but may appeal to someone else.
I would also recommend a guest manual to help with expectations regarding wifi, how to deal with trash, how to run the washer and dishwasher.
