Exceptional Property

This is a wonderful property - perfect location for beach access, trolley stop, and close to everything. Beautiful one story beach house with great patio, top rate amenities, and a chefworthy kitchen. Will definitely be back!

Siesta Key

This was a wonderful house, and it’s in a great location. A short easy walk to the beach. There were all the beach supplies and a wagon to haul all the beach was very handy. The house has a great back patio to sit out and enjoy. It’s a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The house looked just like the photos and no hidden surprises. Would highly recommend.

Loved the Property

We loved the property we stayed in! It is the perfect spot to take teenagers! Quick walk to the Village. The beach is a "public" beach, however it was never crowded. The house was amazing. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. It was very clean and well decorated. We will be back!

A week in paradise!

Great location with easy walk to beach. Wagon, chairs, cooler, and toys (there are also umbrellas/sun shade, but we brought our own sun shade) were great for the beach. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans, tupperware, and easy appliances. Everything was spotless and the space is very bright. Plenty of shower towels and beach towels, plus the washer/dryer were essential. The outdoor space was great with chaises, table/umbrella/chairs and a gas grill or charcoal grill option. Easy 10 minute walk to town.

Simply lovely

Clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom home just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Even the presence of red tide couldn't detract from the beauty. We would stay here again and again.

Great place, great location and very good property management!

This place was excellent! The place was very nice and great for hosting a barbeque cookout! Very close to everything we wanted to do. The property had an AC problem before we arrived and the property management team was an excellent communicator and resolver of the problems. Highly recommend!

PERFECT LOCATION, GREAT GATHERING PLACE

This property is located in the perfect spot! Short walk to village, short walk to the beach and an easy hop onto a trolley! The patio offers a perfect setting to grill out before watching the beautiful siesta key sunsets and then come back to relax. Convenient beach accessories included in the rental. Washer and dryer is a plus! Loved this rental for our family vacation!

House on the beach

We loved this house because it was one level and right on the beach. We could walk to the grocery store and other restaurants in the village area. Our beach area wasn't crowded even with it being spring break. It was mostly families so no loud music-very peaceful. My only complaint would be the beach road traffic especially in the early morning hours.

The place was very nice with a large patio. It had all the kitchen needs for cooking meals, nice towels, comfortable bed. I was a little disappointed with the water view. You could see people walking on the beach with a small water view since we were ground level. Location was great for walking to the beach and to the town.

Beautiful, Clean House! Great place for a family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised. The house was very clean, everything looked new and updated. The kitchen living area is very spacious and the outside patio is perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels. Boogie boards and toys for the kids were a plus! Beautiful view of the beach and sunset. Would rent there again!

Great for the most part

We love Siesta Key beach! For the most part we had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was clean and very tastfully decorated. It is beautifully updated. Unfortunately, I had to take a star off for a few things. The first being the fact we were greeted with a broken mattress sitting in the hallway. We had to move it out of the way into the garage ourselves so we could walk through. The second issue was the master bed mattress, it's 2 twin mattresses. They are outdated and have many spots that sag on the edge making you sleep more in the middle. However, because there are 2 mattresses the divide in the middle is very uncomfortable. For the price we paid for 8 days there should not be old worn out mattresses used and sleeping in discomfort. Blinds or curtains would be appreciated in the living room/dining room for privacy in the evening when you can see inside. Having to walk down the side walk to another property to throw trash out was not ideal either. Other than those few things, the home was great. Very comfortable to spend a week in with my family.

Great location, responsive owner

Nothing bad to say after a week here. Property is exactly as advertised in a great location right on Beach Access 9. Garage parking is a bonus. Property manager is very responsive, we had a minor issue with the AC, their guy was out in an hour and they had it fixed same day with no prodding from us. Beautiful beach, great location!

Wonderful Experience

The house was immaculate upon arrival! Location is perfect! Short walk to the beach, short walk to the village! The beach accessories i.e. chairs, umbrellas, noodles, cooler, beach wagon all were an added plus to the stay!
