We love siesta key and this condo had everything we needed. The views from top balcony were amazing. The place is within walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again in the nere future

The location and the kitchen and bath updates were great. Several new beach chairs were nice and beach wagon was a great help. As mentioned by others, the kitchen has an ant issue which we reported, but forced us to put nearly everything in the refrigerator. It would have been nice if a propane bottle for the grill was included and not an extra cost but not a deal breaker. Assuming the ant issue is dealt with, we'd return.

Pretty great property...Be aware...you will need to bring your own Toilet Paper, paper towels, they have some on property, but not enough last you a week. Also need to stager showers...has a pretty small hot water heater.

Location! Location! Location!

Perfect location with our own private trail directly to the beach! Less than a mile walk to the village. The three levels of the home were perfect for our large family—each with a full bathroom and balcony. Amazing sunsets!! Can’t wait to come back!!

The location of the property is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. The house was very clean. The Livngarea furnishings are a bit old and there aren't enough dishes for 6-8 people, but that didn't affect our stay. It's only a few minutes' drive to the center and there are plenty of restaurants open. We'd love to come back

Spectacular Views!

This house was everything we were looking for!! The home gave us plenty of space to spread out , and big enough areas to come together. The house was clean the views were gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The grill was CLEAN! Everything worked properly during our stay. Would definitely recommend this to friends ! And might just book it again when I’m back in town!!

Lots of good things- Great location, huge house with lots of room, close to beach. Downside -millions of tiny ants absolutely everywhere especially on counters near sink, bedside tables, and even in beds.

Great location. Right on the beach.

Property manager came and looked in our trash bins and I think the cleaning person? If they want people to do more recycling they need to provide another trash bin in the house. Overall a good place!

It is amazing place to spend time with family, it feels for us like when we used to go grandma’s house on summer, specially because she lived by the beach. We had a good time.. we found a broken chair but we reported and they answer the email very quick. We recommend this place for family with kids who needs kitchen to prepare their meals, they have everything you need in a kitchen

House was spacious however needs updated. Couches were torn, had covers on them. Dining room table was sticky and covered with a table cloth, table could not be used without it. Broken tiles on second floor bathroom. Garage had to be swept before we could park in it. Trash overflowing from outside can upon arrival. Path from house to beach was not ideal due to spots full of water and mud. Approx 15 min walk to village.

You can't beat this location. Right on the beach. Lots of room and beds appropriately listed. Don't expect weekend help with questions or service. The management office is closed weekends and holidays. Loved the place and would definitely come back again.

Siesta Key vacation.

Good location with easy beach access. The property needs updating. Beds are poor. Furniture needs to be replaced. Some pots and pans were dirty. Plenty of room for our group of 7 but I expected more for the price. I've never had to pay for gas grill propane before.

Location 5 star, BUT!!

The pictures were misleading! All the furniture needed updating, thank God the mattresses were good. Only 1 balcony to sit on, and you had to go to the top room. The kitchen is original 1991, so it’s not updated. My 89 year old mom got a true stair workout daily, so did we. But the location is beautiful, just expect college appearances. Stayed 2 weeks in February.

Great location!

I would say this is a value-priced property. It was clean and it's a great location. We walked to the village a couple of times, also took advantage of the free trolley, and used the shuttle buses a couple of times as well. It's definitely worn down but not horrible. The shower curtains were moldy but management was able to get there in a couple of days to change them out for us. Could be a bit better equipped in the kitchen. Didn't have some of what we considered normal utensils and the pots/pans were in pretty rough shape. No screens in any of the windows. Internet was sufficient for streaming TV and remote work as well.

Great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is great and I don’t think you could ask for a better location. This is a five star property with a couple things to be aware of. It is a very popular frequently used rental property . The only extras seem to be what other renters left behind. For instance there were not enough beach chairs for the full capacity of the rental and as was disclosed in the agreement there is literally 1 roll of tp in each bathroom. You will need to shop for your incidentals immediately. There are some nuisance items such as a very slow draining shower in one bedroom and numerous lights were out. I assume these issues exist because like us the other renters are having too much fun to take time out to report them and wait around for someone to come out and fix them.

Below Expectations

The property had damage from the hurricane. I tried to find out what the damage was prior to our arrival, but was not informed the outdoor grilling area had been destroyed. I checked in with the property manager before the stay and expressed our intentions of staying in and doing a lot of cooking on the grill. Still, there was no mention of this being completely gone. We arrived and to our surprise, there was a smaller charcoal grill in the garage that was supposed to make up for the outdoor area being non existent. I attempted to work with the property manager and he completely ghosted me. Additionally, there were safety concerns with a low hanging wire that did get addressed but there was no night lighting for the first two days of our stay. It took until Tuesday for this to be fixed when we arrived on Saturday. The furniture is all outdated and the refrigerator is not full size. We DO NOT recommend staying here. The pictures do not depict what is actually there for the outdoor grill area. I attempted to work with the management team but they were unresponsive.

Location Location, Location!

The main takeaway with this oceanfront beach house is the LOCATION & price. You are on the best beach in the USA. It’s great to have your own space and not deal with the public beach crowd. A short walk, or hop on the free trolley, to the shops & restaurants in the village. We’ve traveled all over and our favorite continental spot in the US is the Gulf Coast. An oceanfront beach house directly on Siesta Key at this price is a steal. Now, yes, the house needs some updating. Everything and I mean everything is worn out and dated. Unfortunately only one open air balcony on the top floor with two chairs. The others have been closed in. Tons of little ants which there were traps for. No issue for us, this is a beach house. The water pressure is low but most rentals have a restrictor on them. A little difficult to keep the 3rd floor cool but it wasn’t unbearable. There is enough space for 8 people to sleep and coexist comfortably. Parking is no issue which includes garage space for one and a driveway that could squeeze 2 average sized cars. Siesta Key is great to run or bike in the morning, grab some coffee/breakfast, then hit the beautiful beach, which is what we did most days. We had a great time on our vacation and will definitely stay here again!
