The unit was great! Loved having the elevator. Well supplied with kitchen, bathroom, beach items. Very close to beach. Beautiful, deep beach which is very walkable. Walkable to town. Great outdoor balcony and downstairs screened area. Easy communication with Daniel.

Perfect beach get away

The description of the property was perfect. Once you park, no need to use your car again. Plenty of beach gear to use, free trolly system, and it really was about 150 steps to the beach. We had a perfect time.

Family Vacation

We booked this location so that we would be close to the beach. 150 steps gets you to the edge leading to the beach. We had someone with us that had difficulty walking so it was not as close as we had hoped. The beach and location is beautiful though, so if you can walk the extra steps will worth the walk. The beach did have a beach wheelchair available so we utilized that. The condo had a lot of beach chairs and toys available.

Beautiful Beach

We stayed here Thanksgiving week with my two kids, their spouses and babies. We were aware there were three hurricanes before our arrival. So with that being said, we were still happy with the beach., restaurants, shops. We walked everywhere. It was unfortunate. We weren’t able to use the pool for it was just too cold for the babies and us, but we enjoyed the beach. They provided bikes for us and went out of their way to get them as well as Beach supplies, a wagon to pool, chairs, towels, etc. and made it so much more enjoyable.! They also supplied toys for the kids, but my daughters went ahead and ordered extra ones from a baby supply rental place in town including cribs and high chairs. Dan was very much present for our needs. Highly recommend.!

Family vacay

We had an amazing family Vacation !! Your place is homey , great beach view , easy access to all needs !! So thankful for the pack and play and high chair as well And to not have a laundry list of things to do prior to check out .. and to be able to have a leisure cup of coffee and a stroll on the beach as we enjoy the last moments of vacation. ..is the icing on the cake ! We will look forward to booking a week ( or maybe 2!!) next year

Great location

My family agrees this was the best vacation rentals we stayed in. We had everything we needed for our stay at the house. Everything we needed for the beach. Such a short walk to the beach. It was great to have the elevator for my parents who are elderly and it was nice to use when taking loads of stuff up and down the stairs.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had a great time in Siesta Key, and this unit was exactly as advertised, if not better! Very clean, had everything we needed, and Dan was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries leading up to the trip. We had 3 young kids with us so being one block from the beach was perfect. This unit had two beach wagons, boogie boards, toys for the kids, etc. We left behind a bunch of toys and a puddle jumper (swimmies) to add to the collection. The pool is small and shared among a few units, so don’t count on having it to yourself. It’s really all about the beach! I would suggest bringing shoes that are comfortable for walking to dinner. It’s a really nice 15ish minute walk, so don’t bother with heels! Very very low key vibe in town. We were there during spring break so it was crowded, but that’s to be expected. None of the places take reservations so if you go during a peak time, either plan to go to dinner right at 5, or be prepared to wait. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying in this unit if the size/configuration works for your group!

Spring Break

We hosted Spring Break for our daughter and several of her friends. We loved this location. We were in the middle of everything—the walk to the village was so easy, we were only steps to the beach, and the place was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Awesome family vacation - will return !!

From the start, this place made our vacation. Checkin was seamless with no issues, place was spotless and as advertised. Everything was well organized at the house so we found everything easily without having to contact Dan. Dan was great to work with and sent a google doc with tons of helpful information. The house had toys for the kids which kept them busy and we enjoyed the fire in evenings. Beach and park for the kids right across the street so prefect location for the kids. The kids (and I) were sad to leave the house and plan to visit again in the future. 5 stars all around!

Great Place, Not Well Managed

Advertisement said it included a golf cart. No golf cart available upon arrival. We asked to check in early because we have very small children who nap. Manager was completely inflexible re same. House was in excellent location, great condition and all was smooth but for the aforementioned snafu regarding the gold cart. Additionally, Manager Dan called my cell phone 3 times and when I finally answered (assuming it was an emergency at work) while on a dolphin cruise, Dan had the gall to ask my permission to let an insurance adjuster in the home. Not cool.

The Perfect Girls Trip

The perfect home for a first trip! The home has everything you need, you will never want to leave. The beach is right across the street, close to Downtown Sarasota and walking distance to the Village. We had the best time, we will be back!
