I never write reviews. But I feel obligated given what happened. Came down to visit my daughter at school. Arrived and there was on going construction on the attached unit. (Like major sawing and drilling and hammering). I had to step over pavers stacked up in front of the door to get into the bungalow. (They had not finished front steps). I let the agent know, they said how sorry they were but should not last past 10pm at night. To be honest, I lived in manhattan for 30 years and can deal with noise. Additionally, I was just down for a weekend to visit daughter. So it was just me, a middle aged man tired from the drive. So I wrote it off as an imperfect stay, but nothing to be upset about. BUT - when I left, I got a text message that asking if I had spilled coffee on a table. I was driving back to NY at the time and responded âitâs possibleâ since I figured I may have left a âcoffee ring on table or something. They then sent me a 400 bill for a new dresser. Trust me when I tell you, I did not spill coffee and did not ruin a table. (I could not even see how that is possible.). In any case, I was scammed. I Paid money I should not have had to. I am disgusted, but at this point, I am over it. Just beware. Additionally, the agent was extremely disrespectful in communications and insulted me several times. If you do decide to rent, good luck and you were warned.
