Nestled on a quiet, private lane just off Beach Road the Villa is just half a block from Siesta Key Village and offers easy access to the world-renowned white sand beaches. Experience stunning sunsets and the best of coastal living at Seahorse Cove.

- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- This home is dog Friendly. An additional charge of $39 Per Dog, Per Night will be applied. All other pets are not permitted. Please speak with a member of our team to confirm breed and weight restrictions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged for damages found to the unit.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

The house was charming, nicely decorated, clean and well represented by the listing. There were a couple of minor inconveniencies, like no coffee filters for the coffee maker, but otherwise reasonably stocked. After walking down to the closest public access to the beach on our first day, we discovered that the other guests in neighboring units had the code to use the Private Access to the beach which is right across the street. Being able to this access made trips back and forward to the beach, much more enjoyable. I would insist on getting this code.
