The house is beautiful and the location could not be better. Its so close to the beach and the village that we didnt even ise our car. A plus was the beach chairs, cooler, wagon and umbrellas that were tjere for us to use. Our only suggestion would be to have a way to silence the door alarm when you are out in the pool area and need to come inside. We understand the need for the alarm but to be able to silence it so it does not go off every time you open the door. We were told in advance that there would only be supplies for 2-3 days but we were flying in so could not bring anything with us. If you are renting for a week you should get enough supplies for a week.

6 Star Stay

This house is perfect!!! So close to the beach, just one house back from the beach, you can see the ocean from the main suite balcony. When you walk to the beach, you just walk out the side of the house and past the house in front, you do not have the cross traffic, this house sits on a side road that dead ends directly on the beach. It's an easy walk to "the village" for restaurants. The house sits on a corner so its easy to walk out the front and head to the village, or the side and head to the beach. The owners take really good care of the house. It seems as though everything down stairs is brand new since hurricane Milton and Helen (we stayed May 2025). This house is solid concrete and not going anywhere in a storm. The floor plan is very open. The bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are very large. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Older property, well remodeled. 98% A+. Only minor issue was the pool. Very shallow so was really hot. Again would highly recommend and would stay again.

Overall it was amazing! However some suggestions: Needs mirror in first floor bedroom. Couldn’t find sheets for daybed. Could only find one blanket and it was dirty. Just little things but we had an amazing time! Thank you!

Wish they would have payable late check out. My flight back home was later and it would have been to at least prorate a partial day... especially since there were no follow up renters. Other than that it was great!

Family vacation

Perfect place for our grown children and their spouses to spend a week with mom and dad. Location is great for the beach in the morning and afternoon, then the pool in late afternoon before dinner. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping.

Some hiccups but overall a good stay

The location of this home is fantastic. Easy and very short walk to the beach or the restaurants & shops. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and included everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Yes, there is construction going on just a few feet away from the property. They start early. It's loud – power tools, guys yelling, loud music. You're probably not going to want to hang out in the pool during the day because the construction will be going on literally right over your head. There were also some technical challenges when reserving and when we first arrived. The email address that was provided by the property management company to send photos of ID and credit card didn't work (bounced back after trying to send). I already didn't feel great about sending this info via email, but I understand it from a property owner's standpoint. I ended up having to call them and was given a different email to send the pics to. Apparently they're having some issues with consolidating new property management companies or something. The night we arrived at the property (after 10pm), the door code that I had received via email didn't work. Ended up calling again to get a new code. Fortunately, the property management picks up their phone and is very helpful.

Major construction next door

Great house and property but the three story house under construction next door should have been disclosed. 12 to 14 workers from 7 am to about 4 :30. Nail guns, air compressors, vehicle backing up beepers, yelling, talking, music, hammers pounding and a lot of sawing/cutting. The three story house being built is so close you could flip a quarter from the pool and hit it. Views of new house are right into the pool area so you get no privacy all day long. I have reached out to the property management firm multiple times and “waiting to hear from a manager” is the message I keep receiving. Very disappointed with the property and management firm.

Awesome property but listing needs updated pictures of new construction

Almost everything about this property was perfect. The only issue was the new construction behind the property which was not reflected on the listing pictures. Unfortunately, the view from the bedrooms was completely blocked by the new building going up. Our wives also couldn't use the pool during the day because the workers were very close and could see into our pool area. We also couldn't sleep in since construction started around 7:30am. Great property, very close to the beach and great neighborhood.
