Kitchen is limited supplies, air conditioner is not adequate on an 85 degree day but we spent most of our time at the beautiful pool. You cannot walk to a beach as it was destroyed on 2024. Beach towel are old, cob webs in rafters, only 4 loungers by pool, some TVs did not work but we will tell you all were minor distraction as we were able to spend every day poolside.

There is a lot to recommend this property. The location is fantastic -- an easy drive to downtown or the beach. The common spaces are well appointed and the deck is large and comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids. My two issues with the property were that everything in the house is much more worn than it appears in the pictures. The rental obviously gets a lot of use and the furniture and walls show this. My other issue is that the kitchen had everything we needed but the glasses are all comically small and useful ones were in short supply. There was a full tea set but almost no full size glasses.

House was tatty. Also poorly maintained. Cockroaches all over. Swimming pool not cleaned properly. Ants all over kitchen. I’m 83 and couldn’t use top floor because stairway is precarious for someone of my age. This should be in told in information. Shower fitting leaking. Only positive comment I can make is area very good.

Family Vacay 7 adults 3 kids

We had a wonderful time & property manager Evelio was awesome & very responsive! Lovely cupcakes & welcome note on arrival. Smoke detectors started going off randomly, but he came out quickly to remove. Location is super close to grocery & pharmacy, but beach within walking distance is closed. Distance to SKBeach was 20 min by car d/t traffic. Breeze trolley stop a few minutes walk (NOTE: on relatively busy road with no shelter/sidewalk) Helpful because parking at SKVillage is challenging. This house has wonderful open/common areas perfect for our large family! 5 BRs - ground floor BR quite warm and bed was creaky & not comfy. MBR bed was comfy with lots of pillows! Other BRs decent size, but Creaky beds up there too. 3 baths - The shower water temperature was wonderful, but the pressure was poor. The shower in the ensuite bathroom had a leaky shower head. Interior stairs steep & very creaky, had a few nails stuck up, but easy fix. Interior design nice except loft and stairs are unfinished, stained, or painted so the texture was rough and didn't match. Loft floor quite creaky. Oven only had one rack and the baking sheets were too wide to fit two. Outside - yard is fenced, but MANY GAPS in the fence. My dog got out twice from different spots. Pool is saltwater. Mosquitos were terrible, but bug guy came once during stay so they are doing what they can. Lighting outside by home was lacking. Lit only around pool and front door. Deck was closed due to repairs.

Siesta Key June 2025

We had the best time during our stay in Siesta key and Evelio was super to work with the entire time! We did have one small issue and he answered my text message immediately and dealt with our concerns. The house was so roomy and open and we never felt crowded, even with all of us in inside at the same time.I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or friends.

Amazing family vacation

This property was amazing and perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean. The pool was awesome and warm. Love that it is a saltwater pool. Not far from the village. We rented a golf cart all week and that worked perfectly. Evilio, the house manger, was the best ! He was great at communicating with us and very prompt with anything that we needed. Awesome family vacation.

Perfect stay for larger group

The house had tons of space for our large group of adults. We visited on a beach / golf trip over spring break. Overall the house was even nicer than the photos. Pool was excellent and outdoor space was very private. The interior was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. The neighborhood is beautiful with many upscale houses. Getting to the beach was a drive or shuttle. 45 minute walk to Siesta Village if you like to get your steps in.

For the amount of money I paid none of receptacles worked to plug anything in in all bathrooms .. lights worked but not outlets. Fan andLight did not work in downstairs bedroom .. neither did the remote in downstairs bedroom .. water was only just warm in downstairs bathroom. I did tell the guy and he offered to come back and adjust it but I let it be..so that was my fault. You need to have more games or some kid of gameRoom if you want people to come with families cold and rainy for 5 of our seven days nothing to do for kids in the house need games or game room or something ..I get you had a hurricane and had to fix things..but I guess need to check things out more. Steps going down the basement were filthy. Need more pool toys they need updating too..

Love the blue house !

We absolutely loved the blue house ! So much room in this lovely home. My husband and some family stayed and we enjoyed it so much ! It is so peaceful there, we slept the best we have in months!! The kitchen is well stocked for your needs the beds were so comfortable. It is a fabulous location I walked to the beach several times. There are chairs for the beach a wagon and umbrellas and coolers. The outside it gorgeous! It’s an oasis of beauty! The privacy was so nice to have ! The pool had some issues but we swam a lot in it . We will definitely be back for sure to stay here !!!the manager was amazing and so helpful. Great person !!!

Evelio the property manager was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed and responded right away. We stayed during tropical storm Debby and he was there the next day making sure we could use the pool. He also came back to check on the pool to make sure it was clean.

Nice, spacious, but a bit worn and tattered. Wood deck had some protruding screws and nails, Inside kitchen cabinet lazy susan door does not close properly, and is secured by tape. Warm water only, not hot. A lot of stairs. Deck furniture old and worn. Very nice pool and beautiful backyard, Evelio, property manager,was outstanding!!! Great and quick communication and reminders Thanks, Evelio! We had a very nice time.

Family beach week

We had a great stay! The house comfortably held 2 families with teens! The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of linens/beach towels! The beach gear and coolers were awesome to use
..you honestly don’t need to bring a thing for a beach day! The salt water pool was fabulous for evenings or when we needed an off beach day! The neighborhood is cute and a very close to walk to shell beach for a sunset view! There’s great shelling at turtle beach! Lido beach was our favorite (tons of sand dollars out on the sandbar!) Siesta key beach was nice, but very crowded! Overall, awesome vacation with friends and family! Thanks again!

Bright and airy with lots of space

This was a great space for 4 parents and 6 young adults. The pool area is private and beautiful. There are lots of separate spaces for people to spread out in the home. The location is a short drive to the beach.

Great pool & house on north part of key!

Our group had a great week stay & the kids loved the pool! The house was easy to get on/off the key, and a short drive (pending traffic) to the village and main beaches. Property mgr was very responsive at check-in. Great house for a group on the northern key.

Siesta Stay

Location provided ease of access to Tamiami, Ocean Blvd and the Siesta Key public beaches while having a nice remote feeling so not overly busy with tons of traffic. Home had a great layout with open floor plan to dining and living and a private pool area. Property management was easily accessible and very attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key Paradise

The house had a very private pool surrounded by Palm Trees. The water changed colors every evening to the joy of the children. We were an eight minute walk to the beautiful beaches. Siesta Key restaurant area was a short drive. The amenities provided were exceptional. When we needed anything the managing agent got back to us within minutes. We had a very nice trip and would stay there again.
