We so enjoyed our visit to Siesta Key and our stay at the Siesta Beach House! We were a fam traveling for a wedding. The unit was perfect for 5 adults. 30 mins from SRQ airport. 5 mins to the Village and ab 8 mins to a major food store. The host was phenomenal.... responding to messages within minutes and always ending with "please let us know if there's anything we can do yo make your stay even better" Fully equipped kitchen w high end appliances. Full length mirrors, blow dryers in each bathroom, plenty of hangers, iron n board. Large tv in den and master. Beach literally 2 min from door to water. We hope to visit again !!

The host was very responsive to questions. We ran into issues with the AC and host had repair technician out to fix it the next day. We had a couple other issues with exhaust fan upstairs and some lights not working but were not fixed during our stay.

I was vacationing with my family and we really enjoyed it. Very convenient location, 1 minute walk to the private beach, we were with a small child, it was very convenient. I was always in touch with Alex and all the questions I had were resolved very quickly. I needed more pots for cooking and they were delivered to me. It was very nice to be taken care of so well. Hands down, best VRBO stay for the beach. Easy communication, our host went above and beyond and communicated as often as we needed, before, during and after our stay. Accommodating is an understatement. Whatever local needs I had, he was quick to reply and offer suggestions. The location was great, beautiful private beach on siesta key. We Spent so much time at the beach, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Loved the closeness of the beach and the private beach area was not too crowded. The townhouse was very comfortable had everything we needed. Alex was very kind and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely loved Siesta Key!Request for two quick fixes: the master bed was quite squeaky and would be helpful to have that looked at. There was also an odd odor in the house, which we later discovered was the front load washing machine.

Siesta Key Condo

This condo was perfect for my friends and I. It had all of your basic amenities including a washer and dryer. Alex was quick to reply and even let us check in early to surprise my friend! Check-in was simple and it’s in a great area in the middle of Siesta. Pool and beach with private access was a huge plus. I would recommend including some check-out instructions to ensure guests do what they should before leaving. Thanks so much!

This place is a real GEM. The beach is just minutes away. This was our favorite part of our stay. Our teenaged boys put this vacation at the top of their list! Tranquil Siesta Key Retreat

Property was clean and communication with the owner was good. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The Condo Complex is called Siesta Beach House. The name was not provided to us only the address and knowing the name is really helpful for finding the place. The street on which the condo was located had a lot of construction, potholes, tons of cars parked on each side and was not very appealing to look at. This property did have beach access but a few things could have been done better namely there were no wash cloths, the kitchen table was about to collapse, the bathtub did not work, there was no way to hose of sand before entering the property and no handheld vac was provided for easy clean up. The bathrooms were tiny, not made for big or tall people. We were kicked out of two pools before finding the pool that was associated with the complex. The pool bathrooms had code entry which was not provided to us by the owner. There was no management on the property to ask any questions. I would give this property a 7 or 8 rating based on the above issues.

Beautiful little get away

Couldn’t ask for anything more! This was by far the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! We ran into a little mishap checking in, our gps took us to the location across the street. We couldn’t figure out where exactly the rental was located. I called Alex and he was super quick to respond and guided us to the right location. The rental has everything you could ever need, beach chairs, umbrellas, dishware to laundry soap. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. The rental was spacious and gave us all enough space to not feel crammed. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach area designated was private-so crowds were very minimal.There wasn’t a parking pass in the box so we didn’t park on the street at all. We parked in the back of the rental which had a back entrance into the property making checking in and out really easy. We will definitely be returning!
