We were in the area for a wedding at Leeric Lodge and needed space for several adult family members to stay for the weekend. This home was perfect! We loved that each bedroom had a king bed and bathroom. The person who stayed on the lower level loved having the hot tub right there! The home was very clean and amazingly well stocked. I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and have never seen such a nice kitchen nor one as well supplied as this one. We did not do much cooking, but appreciated the cutting boards and serving dishes for the food we had brought. If you did want to cook while there, you would be very happy with all of the tools, pots and pans, and high quality knives. We also loved the hanging organizer on the back of the door in the main bathroom - if you forgot anything like a razor it was there!Although we did not stay long enough to take full advantage, we really appreciated all of the outdoor spaces, from the screened in hot tub room on the lowest level, to the screen porch in the middle to the deck on the top level. The firepit area looked wonderful, but we didn't have time for it. Communication was great with the owners - they reached out when needed and were responsive when I had a question. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and just wish we could have stayed longer!

Place was very nice. The downside for us is we were traveling by motorcycle and the 1.2 mile road into the property is very rutted and has a sharp, right hand, up hill switchback that is tricky to maneuver on a bike, especially if you encounter oncoming traffic. The only other very minor complaint is the kitchen area doesn’t have adequate ligjting for cooking after dark. Otherwise, a top notch property that served our needs wheel.

Family Vacation 2024

Perfect house for our family vacation. The large kitchen allowed for several of us to prepare dinner together, many spaces to hang out together, each adult couple had their own bedroom, bathroom, and a great location for hiking and Nashville. We were not ready to leave. Precious memories made for our 2024 Family Vacation.

Lakeview Cabin

Great location near Edgar Evins State Park. We loved the upper deck with a view of Center Hill Lake. The hot tub, game room and screeed back deck were nice features. We had an Wesome vacation!

Fun friends trip!

A nice piece of property! All of the beds that my party used were very comfortable, all but one bedroom had TVs. The screened in porch was a wonderful space to sit and hang out in. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We saw lots of wildlife. The upper deck will be a better experience if you bring a mosquito repellent candle or two. We would have brought more towels for the kitchen. The hot tub area was very dusty, and we passed on the hot tub (lots of soap bubbles). There are 2 sets of stairs, if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs they might have a problem getting to bedrooms. The house has a beautiful view out front towards the lake. We had two fantastic meals at The Twisted Oaks restaurant, went kayaking and hiking. Thank you so much for opening your house to us! We loved it!

Mountain Hideaway

The Chalet is amazing. The view was fantastic and you are surrounded by beautiful TN nature. We have visited and stayed in a lot of VRBO/ batch and this was one of the nicest, family friendly homes that we've had the good fortune to experience. It felt like home, was extremely well stocked and very well thought out in terms of supplies, cookware, entertainment & more. The "I forgot" caddy was brilliant. Also, the owners are on top of communication, providing a lot of area info and they make great recommendations. Thanks for sharing your home with us and helping our family make new amazing memories together.

The hosts do a spectacular job with this property. Best managed VRBO or similar I've ever stated at! They do all the little things right, and on top of that make the cleanup and leave to do list so manageable and easy. The home is well furnished, well finished, well constructed with great layout to enjoy the views or entertain. Everything is labeled, easy to find and well stocked. Overall a wonderful experience.

The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and so many games, activities, etc. to keep the kids busy when they weren’t outdoors exploring. Would love to return for a longer visit. The host was extremely helpful and always responsive when I had questions. Beautiful, peaceful place!

Tennessee Treasure !

This chalet was perfect for my family as well as my two sisters and their families. We had 6 adults, 3 six year olds and 3 teenagers and there was something for everyone and more than enough space. Owners are super easy and polite to work with. They have thought of every possible comfort / need you might have ! The location was ideal. An hour to Nashville and half hour or less to many nature areas. Our favorite was the Burgess Falls State Park / trails. Highly recommend this vacation home ! My only complaint- I need to stay longer :) !
