Had a great stay, 3 families total. Loved the deck space for relaxing, gorgeous views. Kitchen was spacious enough for cooking for the whole group. Loved the amount of bathrooms and the additional common space downstairs for spreading out, more games, etc. House is in a great location for visiting the area and the neighborhood amenities were great. We took advantage of them daily, including pool, gym and trails. Host was responsive when I had a question. Would definitely recommend and come back.
Couldnât have asked for a better property to host my whole family! Thomas was willing to answer any questions I had in a very quick manner which was greatly appreciated. Canât wait to come back
We had such a great weekend staying at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and had a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The layout made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had all the basic cookware we needed, though be aware youâll want to bring your own cooking essentials like oil, spices, and seasonings. Still, it was perfect for making big group meals and had plenty of space to spread out.Check-in was easy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a peaceful, scenic getaway spot and weâd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if youâre looking for a mountain retreat that feels like home!
The property was beautiful!! Even the community center was well kept. It was great for our group of 10. Everyone had plenty of space. The house itself brings so much natural light with spacious windows, giving beautiful views of the surrounding areas. All the appliances and kitchen equipment was top tier. They really do have everything for you. Had a small issue checking in; the battery of the front door stopped working (probably due to the cold), but we were still able to get in after a few hours. Other than that, I really do recommend this stay! Would definitely rebook them again for another ski trip!!
Great place! Experience can be better with a few additions
We spent a great time at this house! It was clean and very spacious. However, it lacks some of the basic items, such as snow shovels. We could not use any of the exterior house amenities due to the piled snow. The house also had a snow blower, but it did not work during our stay.We enjoyed our time. A few improvements would make our stay esier. I recommend a booklet with instructions of how things work in the house and shovels available for cleaning the driveway and other exterior areas..Overall, good experience
Our stay at this stunning Silverthorne property was absolutely unforgettable. The spacious 5-bedroom house, along with the additional guest house, provided ample room for both relaxation and lively gatherings after our days on the slopes. Every corner of the home was impeccably maintained and exuded a welcoming warmth that made us feel right at home. Its location in Summit County offers easy access to some of Coloradoâs premier ski resortsâVail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountainâmaking it the perfect retreat for our ski trip. Additionally the host was very warm, kind, and responsive throughout the process. Donât hesitate to book here â itâs the perfect home base for your mountain retreat.
Spent 2 days at the property with 6 different families, check in was a breeze as owner clearly communicated all needed info. Home has a great floor plan and everyone had their private space. Plus a large living/ dining room area as we celebrated birthdays and baby shower. Beautiful views in all directions with lots of large windows but all with electronic blinds. Highly recommend!!
We rented this property as a triple duty location for our daughter's small JULY destination wedding. Perfectly situated near Silverthorne, you have access to anything you will need, yet secluded enough for a sense of privacy. Though located in a neighborhood, the homes are far enough part to not seem stacked together.
The home is large enough for a smallish (35 people) welcome dinner, for an reception after the ceremony for the same people, plus a place for our family of 5, plus 4 young ladies in the festivities to stay, plus two aunts who shared the casita.
The listing shows two master bedrooms (they both have a grand view of the mountains. There are also two rooms with queen bunkbeds (one on each floor). On the lower level is a small room with a queen bed perfect a single or couple (it is not listed as a bedroom as it lacks a window, but is across the hall from the lower level patio egress). Plus the casita is across the driveway (no direct home access) featuring a king bed, full bath, a kitchette and small sitting room. There were ample bathroom facilities on both levels.
While parking is somewhat limited yet between the double garage and cozy driveway, we were able to park seven vehicles on site. We shutted overflow from the community center for 3 or 4 extra vehicles.
There are multiple wedding venues within easy driving distance from this home (including Apache Ranch a mere 0.3 miles away).
The house was perfect for friends and family staying In the area for our micro wedding! We loved the views and had plenty of space to get ready and hangout! The perfect spot!
This place is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing and the house is very modern, clean, designed and decorated very well. We enjoyed our time here and the owner communicated promptly. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
This home was absolutely perfect for our large group of 20 people! The main house and casita provided plenty of living space to hang out, cook, and sleep comfortably with the addition of a couple air mattresses. Communication was great and the owner made sure all logistics were sorted prior to our arrival. I definitely recommend this home to any group looking for a clean, modern, spacious, and centrally located home base near all the best ski resorts!
Rented for my significant others birthday, was more than large enough for 12 of us and close enough to keystone to allow for a later morning getting to the slopes.
