This vrbo is so nice, roomy, comfy, and clean. By far our favorite stay. The manager was amazing at communicating, especially during a family crisis I had out of state. My family and I did not want to leave but 100% surely will rent this property on our next Albuquerque visit. I never rent a same place more than once but this will be our go to spot for all Albuquerque visits for sure! Plenty of room to not be on top of each other and very clean and we loved the hot tub!! Had more than enough kitchen things and plenty of fridge space, washer and dryer, we had all we needed and even more.
This is a great place to stay for a small family or 3 to 4 friends. I stayed here at the end of February with two friends and it was everything we needed. The bedrooms are downstairs so you can make some noise upstairs without bothering anyone sleeping. The kitchen has everything you need and the living area has very nice seating and large TV. The hot tub is located on a private deck just outside of the master bedroom. The only possible concerns would be the multiple levels could be hard to negotiate if you have mobility problems and the garage is very small. We had a 4 door Jeep Wrangler, and it was a tight fit. For our stay we had no issues with this condo and would definitely stay here again.
House was not very clean. Comforters didnât smell washed, walls were very dirty, scratches on the doors and the garage door was broken. Tv didnât work well. The bedrooms got very hot at night. Wasnât very impressed and wouldnât stay there again.
Our family of four absolutely loved staying at this cozy oasis in the mountains! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning mountain views, made even more magical by the snowfall that lasted our entire stay. The location was perfectâsecluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet still conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and top ski resorts. One of the highlights was definitely the private hot tub, which was a hit with the whole family! Thereâs nothing better than unwinding in the warm water while surrounded by winter scenery. The home itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for what you get.We couldnât have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this mountain retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
We had eight adults and a dog at this property. over New Yearâs weekend. Accommodated our group well. Plenty of dishes and linen for all. Minimal spices. Jacuzzi was nice. However the light went out on the balcony and master BRâseemed like a breaker, but none found. Garage is a tight fit for a midsize SUV. Two extra parking spots on site. Access to hiking/snow shoe trails within walking distance.
Host did not respond to repeated attempts to ask about amenities. Reached Vacasa management after much time on hold. If you have issuesâŠgetting ahold oh, I know it is stink. I meant to grab it out of it. Itâs very difficult to contact someone.
There where great views but the inside needs updating and a good paint job. The hot tub had low water level and the property management asked me what would resolve the issue. More water? There was no hose or way to fill it myself and they did not seem to want to resolve the issue. A one and done stay for us
Good location, nice view but all is in details! Really canât get a thermostat for $40-50?! The thermostat was old and was getting on every 5 minutes which made almost impossible to sleep at night for the whole family. Carpet dirty, towelâs dirty with some strange hair in it, water in jacuzzi dirty, no light in the whole bedroom, no batteries in the remote control, and so on⊠but most important Bed Bugs in the Bed! My wife was beaten really bad from bed bugs (if I could I can attach pictures) but the worst part is that Iâm afraid we got them home with us on our clothes and luggage⊠we travel a lot and stay in different houses but this was one of the worstâŠ
This was a super great place to stay. We loved it. Only thing Iâll say is the double beds down stairs are a little tight if youâre not sleeping with a significant other.
We stayed at this cabin during my girls fall break and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was the cabin clean, but the beds, hot tub, views, just made it all a magical experience for our family! We left feeling that we were really going to miss this cabin and are already discussing another trip next year! The cabin has everything you could need, and the decor was just beautiful! If youâre looking for a cozy spot to make memories with loved ones, this is your spot!
Everything was as described. Pretty nice view off the deck. We never located master bedroom TV remote. Not that big of deal since most people don't visit Colorado to be indoors.
Awesome views of mountains and wildlife.
The hot tub was great and very relaxing.
The kitchen was adequately supplied.
If you have allergies or an aversion to the odor of decades of animal excrement or mold, this may not be the place for you.
We didn't use the master bath because of the mold in and around the shower. The second bath in the basement wasn't much better.
The furnace filter was so dirt caked it was coming out of the grill covering it. We purchased a new one.
All of the carpet smelled like years of half a**ed cleaning and stale urine.
There was dried ketchup on the coffee table and crumbs on the dining room table. The covid "frequently touched surfaces" cleaning may have been missed.
We were given a token credit for our displeasure that almost covered the allergy meds, inhaler, and furnace filter required to be able to stay, not to mention time taken from pleasure for cleaning.
Replace the carpets and the housekeepers and I'd probably stay again for the views and trails.
Overall we enjoyed our one night stay here. We especially loved how spacious it was, the location, and the hot tub on the private deck! I gave this a 4 star rating because you can tell there is some "wear and tear" here and it could use a few simple updates.
Worked for a short weekend, but wouldnât recommend
The place was certainly fine for a short weekend, but I wouldnât stay again. The coffee maker carafe was broken, the garbage disposal clogged the first time we used it, the hand soap containers in every bathroom were empty, the cooking utensils and pan selection wasnât sufficient for a group of 6, there wasnât enough toilet paper left in the house for 6 people, batteries were missing from the TV remotes. The dishwasher was also virtually unusable because the door bumped into the stove, and you werenât able to open enough to put dishes in the entire bottom tray. The double bed in the 2-bed bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The hot tub worked great and was the main reason we booked this place so we were overall happy but wouldnât stay there again.
Pros:
Location, view, nice linens, comfortable bed, gas grill, new kitchen appliances, good water pressure in shower, Dish TV, plentiful dish and hand soap, fast internet
Cons:
Strong smell of cat pee in downstairs/bedrooms (we ended up sleeping upstairs on the sofa pullout), electric in master bedroom didn't work on outer wall so no power or light, not all jets in hot tub worked, only one thermostat so hot upstairs and cold down, tight parking, only small frying pans, small deck (really for one person), no shade on front door, dirty fans, no pen or paper, no recycling, no ice, only one key
Bottom line: I would not stay here again unless the carpeting was replaced to fix the smell.
The views from this location are amazing. This was a good base location for our family to do some hiking and biking in the area. We also kayaked on Lake Dillon which is very close. We had 2 parents, 2 kids, and a dog and the space was good for this group. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.
