Si vous visitez en hiver, vous aurez votre choix de stations de ski: A-Basin, Loveland, Keystone, Breckenridge et Copper Mountain sont tous à moins de 20 miles. The downstairs shower doesn’t have hot water. The diverter is broken. No one came to fix it despite numerous emails. Also there was a pair of underwear in one bed. Otherwise nice

Friends and fam ski trip

The large kitchen made preparing meals for 6 a breeze. The kitchen was not well stocked so bring essentials. The beds were comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and blankets. The heated garage was oh so nice to store skis, boots etc. We are already talking about renting again next year. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Large home with Stunning Views on side of the mountain!

2 adults and 4 kids stayed for a ski vacation in the area. 20-25 minutes to Copper, Breck, Loveland, Keystone and Arapaho. Good home base and WAY more affordable that staying on resort. Very convenient travel and the traffic wasn't bad. Silverthorne and Dillon have many good restaurant and bar options, and we cooked at the house a few times with the large and well stocked kitchen. the property The property was very clean and in great shape. property is up the winding hill from the main road 5-7 minutes so prepare for that, but the view was absolutely amazing and the property quiet, allowing the 6 of us to enjoy a wonderful 4 nights. the hot tub and kitchen were awesome. so were the heated floors and of course the view. the heated garage was perfect for all of the unloading and loading of ski gear. the property was updated and the pictures don't even do it justice even though they are representative. the bedroom layout is idea being separate with attached full bathrooms. very spacious and comfortable. plenty of kitchen tools, pans, spices and ice maker. 2 coffee makers and toaster/microwave as well. Host information and checkin/out process was as smooth as can be. also there are 2 humidifiers provided which really helped with the dry mountain air. only a few suggestions for improvement that are minor but would be great: 1. there are no separate hot tub towels, and no kitchen hand towels 2. pillows were a uncomfortable and very inconsistent. overall highly recommend!

Lives up to the description

A clean, spacious home with beautiful views of the 10 mile range and Buffalo Mountain. More than lives up to the listing description. All it needs is a few dish towels and some Kleenex tissue in the bathrooms.

Gorgeous view, house, but

Couldnt ask for a better view! The house great. Beautiful area with trees, many birds and deer. There seemed to be maintenance issues inside. The furniture, including chairs and beds (no mattress covers) were very dated and uncomfortable. Windows very hard to open and worse to close. Huge beautiful deck with no furniture or grill. Hot tub unusable because of dirt and green growth of something. We were looking forward to sitting on the deck and also using the hot tub, but...... We would come back if those things were resolved.

The Most Beautiful Mountain Views

This house was absolutely amazing! It was spacious and warm. The heated floors felt amazing. The views from the Primary bedroom and living room were spectactular. It was easy to get to and not too far from all the activities. The hot tub was wonderful! My entire family loved it.

Beautiful Place

It was gorgeous- the views alone were worth it. One of the best stocked kitchens I've rented. My only complaint would be there were no kitchen towels/rags to clean up after meals. You will enjoy this house very much!

Great Mountain Stay

We stayed in this home for five nights and it was fantastic. It was a group trip of six guys and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was a big draw, it had all the necessary supplies for cooking, you can get groceries in Silverthorne nearby. The balcony offers a good view, and the home sits high above the valley. Would recommend.

The property itself and the location was beautiful. There were some issues regarding the cleanliness. There was dog feces all over the deck and the lower patio. Also, many dishes in the cupboards (mostly pots and pans) were dirty. There also wasn't an outdoor grill as advertised. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We would stay there again. Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful mountain home. Outstanding views.

We stayed for a week at the end of June ‘22. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the home. All of the features of the home were as advertised and we felt very much at home. Silverthorne was a great base for excursions all around the area. Just a few improvement suggestions, buy a new toaster, add an Apple TV or a ChromeCast to each of the TVs in the home. People can cast to the TVs from their phone or iPads or they can sign into the services on the devices. No one watches cable anymore. Also the info on the app said to put the trash out on Wednesdays but I don’t think that is the right day as it was not picked up. That info may need to be updated.

Fabulous family ski trip

We had a fantastic 3-week stay at this house in March. Views are to die for, accommodations were perfect for our family, and the house was truly a home-away-from-home for us. This served as a base for our month of skiing in Summit County. We had everything we needed, great kitchen for cooking for a family, nice separate family room for people to spread out, hot tub to enjoy after a day of skiing. Property is very well maintained and supplied, including the humidifiers in every room as mountain air can be very dry, and the frequent snow plowing of the driveway whenever it snowed. It is recommended that you have a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle to get up the hill to the house. Our SUV had no problem. Would definitely recommend this house and would return ourselves.

Slice of heaven

We come out to Colorado for a yearly snowboarding trip from different parts of the country. Thankfully I stumbled upon this gem for this years trip. The place is immaculate. You have breathtaking views of the mountain range from all areas of the house. The hot tub worked perfect and was essential for unwinding after a long day at the mountain. Centrally located between copper and breck. A must rent if coming to the area

The property was hard to find by GPS but property manager was helpful. House is absolutely beautiful and the view is priceless. Home could have been cleaner. Also - if you plan to stay here during winter, you need a heavy 4 wheel drive. Slopes are steep and long.

Our stay at Hamilton Creek

The veiw and location are out of this world. Not even the smoke from the Cali wild fires could take away the beauty. The house had everything uou would want, except AC & or ceiling fans. Our stay was early September. The Temps were near 90 during the day. This made being in the home a bit uncomfortable untill late evening. Shame on me for not looking more closely. One would think a home of this value would have ceiling fans at the very least. We made it work and enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay there again during all seasons except summer. Again the house was very clean and comfortable. Just far enough out of Silverthorne to feel out of the city. Location was great, next to Dillon, Frisco and "Breck". We fly fished with Cut Throut Angler, in Silverthorne. Kayaked with Adventure Paddle Tours in Dillon. And hicked with Mother Nature USA.

Beautiful views. Great fit for family of 6.

We planned a last minute summer vacation and thankfully this property was available. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. Great location with amazing views. Only downside was no air conditioning and it was unseasonably warm during our visit, but that was just bad luck. Would book again.

‱WARNING READ THE FINE PRINT‱

The house was beautiful and the views were stunning. What we didn’t read, below the glowing description, was that the hot tub was broken. It was just my husband and I, but we were willing to pay the cost of this large house just to have the hot tub. Covid restrictions had all the community hot tubs closed and since I had used HOT TUB as my filter during our property search I assumed it would be in working order. We called the property manager and were told someone would be right out. After waiting two hours, we called back and they said it’s broken, this fact was stated in the property description and no one was coming to look at it. Not that anyone bothered to call and let us know. I went back and read the description which did state the hot tub was broken, but should be fixed by February 21st. Since this was the day after we got there, I emailed the manager asking since it was SUPPOSED to be fixed already would anyone be out to work on it? We got no response until the day we left with the answer being we just got your email and you’re leaving today. So no one is coming. It seemed awfully convenient that they received the email on the very day we were leaving. We have never stayed at such a nice property with such poor service and communication with the property manager. We would love to stay at the property again if the hot tub were fixed and was under new management.

Wunderbares Haus in gĂŒnstiger Lage zu den Skigebieten

Ein sehr sauberes, gepflegtes und gemĂŒtliches Haus in sonniger Lage ohne Einsicht der Nachbarn. Die Aussicht ist herrlich. Wir hatten regelmĂ€ĂŸig Besuch von einem Fuchs. Die Ausstattung des Hauses (3 Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf die Berge und jeweils eigenem Bad, komplett ausgestattete KĂŒche mit ausreichend Geschirr, Grill und 2xWhirlpool) ist perfekt, wenn auch nicht ganz neu. In der KĂŒche stehen sogar GewĂŒrze, Öl, Kaffee etc. zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Doppel-Garage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus ist sehr praktisch. Ein PKW ist empfehlenswert. Die Fußbodenheizung im ganzen Haus macht es sehr gemĂŒtlich, zusĂ€tzlich gibt es einen Gaskamin, der ebenfalls wunderbar warm macht. Sechs unterschiedliche, sehr abwechslungsreiche Skigebiete sind mit dem PKW innerhalb von 15 - 45 min zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt, wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Beautiful View and Many Undocumented Treasures

Only one bedroom was under an active area (the kitchen) so all the guests were able to sleep to their hearts content. The view is gorgeous of Buffalo Mt and the Mount where the Buffalo sat. The realtors were accommodating. You have access to the garage with a garage door opener. The WiFi was plenty fast. Private (only one home on the right side and none elsewhere). Plenty of dishes and cookware. One toilet needs a new toilet flapper but works OK (would have replaced it but had too much fun playing). Plenty warm and hot tub was ready to go. Really could use an updated TV with screen share blue tooth so guests can share videos after a days outing. Could use a blue ray player (only supports regular CDs). Only a few minutes from town. Reasonable drive to all the nice ski areas and backcountry locations. Real close to walking paths. Deer came to feed in the backyard every other day. The left side is an Aspen field.
