Excellent apartment in a private condominium in Albufeira, with swimming pools (free use), tennis, football and golf courts (paid separately) and private parking. Just 650m from Praia dos Salgados, this is undoubtedly the perfect place to enjoy your holidays in the Algarve in comfort.

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it has a large balcony where you can enjoy the excellent sun exposure of the region. It is fully equipped, including air conditioning throughout the accommodation, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that late check-in has the following costs:
- From 7pm to midnight = €30 Euros
- From midnight = €50 Euros

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).
