Villa Las Salinas is a spacious and elegant property, perfect for those seeking privacy, comfort, and true relaxation. With bright and open areas, it offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and creates an inviting space for socializing.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a double bed and a single bed, and a third with a double bed and a single bed en suite with shower. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.



On the first floor, there are two suites, both with double beds and private bathrooms with showers, providing a peaceful and comfortable retreat.



The fully equipped kitchen is located on this floor, offering convenience and comfort for preparing meals.



The outdoor area is dedicated to leisure, with a garden, Balinese bed, barbecue area, and a volleyball or beach tennis court. The heated indoor pool (extra cost) and jacuzzi (extra cost) are available, perfect for moments of extra relaxation.



The villa is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, close to beaches, restaurants, and shops.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
