The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, with a central island and eight high chairs. The living room, with three sofas and cable TV, offers a cozy environment to relax.On the first floor, there are three suites: one with a double bed, closet, and private bathroom; another with a double bed and private bathroom; and the third with two single beds and a private bathroom.The exterior stands out for its heated pool (solar panel), perfect for any time of the year. The leisure area features sun loungers, a gas barbecue, a dining table, and a pergola with three sofas. For entertainment, the villa has a ping pong table and a games room with a snooker table.The house has specific sockets for electric car charging. Villa Catalina is the perfect refuge for unforgettable holidays in the Algarve.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
