Excellent views but for the cost the apartment needs some tlc...care updating. Couch had a dip. Glass Doors to balcony were cracked. A bowl in kitchen had a hole. The apartment was a good size but could be in better condition

Great balcony can't beat the view! Wish the flat was in better shape eg.major crack in glass of front slider, drafty and cold, damaged furniture, sagging futon couch and mold in the shower.

Needs updating and thought given to the comfort of the guests. The flat was clean but there was an old grease smell and slight stickiness in the kitchen. Could be a nice flat.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die wir definitiv weiter empfehlen können. Nah am Strand. Unten gleich eine Pizzeria und mehrere Eiscafes. Parkplatz ist unten in der Tiefgarage und etwas eng. Abends ist es etwas lauter durch die vielen Leute auf der Promenade. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kann man allerdings gut einschlafen. An einem Abend war ein sehr lautes Konzert direkt vor dem Haus.
