The small house, called 'La Limonaia' is located within a beautiful park of a holiday home in the historic center of Sinalunga and has beds: 2 + 2 (2 adults + 2 children) for a total of approx. 36.
The apartment is on two levels with a pergola furnished with table and chairs. Ground floor: living-dining room with kitchenette, French sofa bed and bathroom with shower. In the mezzanine, accessible by a comfortable staircase, there is a double bed.
The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free wired and wi-fi internet connection and independent heating and air conditioning. The apartment also has a private garden, swimming pool and parking.
Immersed in the rolling hills of the lands of Siena and overlooking the Val di Chiana, 'La Limonaia' is the ideal stay in the most fascinating heart of Tuscany with regard to art, culture and landscape. The possibilities to create itineraries and to taste fabulous foods and wines are endless!
The apartment is the result of a sensitive renovation of the old stables of a historic building which is located next to the source of the chestnut tree - the vetch source built in 1265. The original characteristics of the apartment has remained unchanged so that the massive chestnut beams and ceilings with old bricks can be admired in all their original splendor. The comfortable furniture is mainly formed by ancient pieces that blend with the architectural characteristics of the apartment.
In front of the apartment there are large panoramic gardens arranged on various levels and shaded by trees. Each apartment has its own outdoor area with its furniture and a barbecue. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool.
In addition to offering various structures that are typically found in country houses, the uniqueness of the position of 'La Limonaia' is to be located in the medieval center of Sinalunga a few steps from the main square. You can find them bars, restaurants, shops, a lively market on Tuesdays and village life.

Gute Lage für viele Unternehmungen
Wir wurden freundlich von Roberto empfangen. Wir hatten das unterste Appartment Limonaia gebucht. Es gehört zu einem alten Anwesen mit schönem Garten, am Hang gelegen. Von hier aus gelangt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zum Hauptplatz der Altstadt. Markt ist am Dienstag Vormittag.
Appartment: alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vieles ist noch original z.B Küche. Viel Platz zum Essen drinnen ist nicht vorhanden, aber es gibt auch eine kleine überdachte Terrasse. In der Küche gibt es nur Licht unter dem Dunstabzug. Roberto hat aber eine kleine Lampe gebracht. Das Bad, bzw die Dusche ist sehr eng.
Was noch speziell auffällt ist, dass die Lichtschaltung wechselt.
Das Doppelbett in der oberen Etage ist zwar hart, doch trotzdem bequem.
Der Pool hat besonders nachts seinen Reiz durch die Beleuchtung.
