Every thing was perfect.we had a excellent dinner with a good price ,nice service.breakfast was good and claudio was gentleman .he let me and my wife collecting fruit from the hotel garden and he surprised me with a red wine bottle as a gift .

Staff was great. Missed breakfast by an hour but they made us two cups of espresso and warmed up croissants without us asking. Above and beyond

No internet, either in the lobby (on and off), zero at the room. If you want to stay in touch with family or business, the wrong hotel. 20 years ago, it might have been nice. My back still hurts from the springs in the mattress.

Really nice Hotel staff, excellent restaurant, super location between Umbria and Tuscany (and the A1) - we will return there anytime we are in that area!
