Village house in Sineu, in the centre of Mallorca, with beautiful fields views and capacity for 4 - 6 guests. 
The great terrace with panoramic views over the fields is ideal to spend a family evening, sunbathing on one of the beach deck chairs or refreshing in the chlorine 0.5 metres depth inflatable pool and celebrate good evenings. Maybe you feel like a delicious barbecue? The house stands out due to its natural stone facade and preserves an authentic Mallorcan style. As it is placed within the villa, it has direct neighbours.
The two storey house has a size of 185 m2. On the ground floor, we find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as another dormitory with a bunk bed and a bathtub bathroom. Upstairs there is a beautiful furnished terrace to have dinner outdoors and enjoy the evening with your friends. On the first floor, there is an air-conditioned living- dining room with an open kitchen which provides our guests with an oven, kitchen utensils, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. Furthermore, it is worth noting that there is also an osmosis system so the water is fit for the human consumption. The washing machine, the iron and the iron board are located at the terrace. The first floor bedroom is large and features a double bed, air-conditioning, a wardrobe and access to the terrace. It has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower.
Sineu is a quiet and authentic village in the centre of Mallorca, known for its traditional street market which takes place on Wednesday. You can have a rest at the village square having an ice-cream or a nice walk through its narrow streets. In Sineu you will find some traditional restaurants or "cellers" with home-cooked food. You will arrive to the Northern coast in more or less half an hour by car where you will know dreamy beaches like Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. You can make a cycle excursion through the fields around in the spring season, visiting the beautiful village of Petra or the 317 metres high Puig of Bonany with panoramic views over the Pla of Mallorca.
There is a wine cellar, opened to visitor, where you can taste different wines and cavas developed in the property.
Please note that due to certain features, this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children.
The capacity of this property is 4 + 2 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 2 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
