Hotel is conveniently located by the airport, no need to step outside to get to the check-in area. Hotel is clean, gym amenities are ok. Our room was spacious, but there should be a way to darken some of the windows (impossible to have a completely dark room). One negative: we could hear the planes taking off.

One of the Great Airport Hotels

We got a lovely welcome at the desk and we were lucky to get a 3 hour early check in. We were also able to do a very good deal for a 6 hour late checkout. The pool area is lovely although as 3 sides of the pool are taken up by pool room seating ( fully reserved) on the sunny afternoon we arrived there was absolutely nowhere to sit. This was better early the next morning but as overcast the pool was not busy. Rooms are good. Handy filtered water tap in bathroom. Great sleep quality. A little mould in bathroom but to be expected in humid conditions with high room occupancy. Easy walk to Jewel and T3, very close to skytrain to other terminals.

Super convenient stay

It was super convenient to stay within the airport on the way from Australia to Zurich. We had a good chance to explore Singapore airport and the new water fountain feature. Great to have a shower and sleep before continuing on our journey.

Just perfect

Steps from terminal train and the jewel which has iconic fountain, shops and many restaurants. From level 2 of hotel! Hotel was extremely comfortabld and clean. A lot of storage. Filtered purified water spigot, environmentally friendly. Room service, dining restaurant cafe and bar on main floor. Lovely pool to relax. Ideal for early and late flight and the have a day rate for long layovers

We were disappointed with our room….small double beds and felt generally dated. The pool area was also underwhelming, looked better in the photos. It gets very little sun due to being surrounded on all but one side by the hotel. Perhaps hot and cold tubs and a sauna would improve the experience? On the upside, a convenient location and the staff were eager to help.
