Good hotel. Good location.

We traveled as a group of 10 but my family specifically was a family of 4 consisting of myself, my wife and our 2 children (15 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter). We had a room to ourselves with 1 king bed, 1 twin bed and 1 twin sofa bed. It was a tight fit but it's nothing we aren't unaccustomed to and we make it work, but the room could be a little larger for more people. The room had all stated necessary amenities. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and polite. My son and I made use of the small but efficient gym, and my wife and daughter enjoyed the pool area. The pool felt heated but not sure if it's just because it's about a 4 foot pool exposed to the sun all day. We did not eat on the property. There are 2 malls within walking distance for shopping or food. And there are plenty of places to eat or get coffee or tea nearby. It rained the last 2 days we were there but you may borrow an umbrella from the front door and can navigate the tunnels and covered areas so you don't really get wet. Or you can call a Grab to take you where you want to go under the hotels overhang area. Overall the hotel is very nice and we would consider staying here again if we came back to Singapore.

We booked a triple room, which consisted of a queen bed and a rollaway twin size bed. The twin bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was a small room, and we barely had enough space with all the luggage. The bathroom was mildewy and smelled like urine. We had to ask a housekeeper to clean it. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Worst hotel

I really amazed how this hotel excellent rating on website,for sure manipulation, this hotel don't deserve to get 2 star. I booked this hotel for 3 days and it was worst experience. 9:30 pm at night we tried to order food in room service,staff said food available because kitchen is close, is this a Five star hotel? Breakfast arrangement poor, staff not friendly. We complained but no one care about. Simply it's a guest house.
