The room is super compact but nice. I stayed one night for my 20 hr transit in Singapore. Walking distance to Clark Quay and historical building and museum. The front desk (Pang) is helpful. I recommend this hotel and will be back to this next time.

Great hotel. Right next to an MRT stop, lots of food options nearby. The rooms were compact but all you need as a base - clean, safe and comfy.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, 2min from the station or 20min walk to anywhere. The staff were great and helpful. We didn't use the pool but the laundry facilities are handy to have.

Right from the beginning, as I checked in, I was charged an additional $240 above what my purchase receipt claimed I would be charged. They knew they had me because all the hotels were booked up, reservation only. I was supposed to be charged $2056.00 US. They charged me $2290.00. I come to Singapore 3 years ago and stayed at a much better hotel (Park Regis} and only paid what was on the purchase receipt. Every time we got on the elevator particles were floating around in the air. Every time!! Finally, the walls of the rooms had no sound barrier inside, just outer and inner sheetrock. My room was next to the linen closet and every day in the early afternoon the maids (all men) would be moving an slamming things around, you could hear every little thing in the hallways. I could hear peoples conversations from way down the hall. That place was miserable!!! Singapore however was great, all the venues, food and such. I don't think I'll be back though. Carl Crumpton

Great property with everything you needed. Rooms a bit on the small side but nice and modern with comfy beds. Pool was a lovely bonus. Only downside was breakfast, very poor choice of food and just not very nice in general. Would recommend heading elsewhere for breakfast

The only thing that bothers us is the noise ...the room next doors and near by ..people are noisy ..you can hear them slamming the door .walking through the corridor...chatting even in the balcony..it's annoying as some people don't know how to contain the noise...esp past.midnight. The hotel.itself is great...except the noise! Perhaps look into making the rooms all soundproofed

Great staff, very helpful and considerate as they allowed us late check out and gave us access to a room to have a quick shower and change after a big day walking before a midnight flight. Thank you Mi staff members it was a wonderful way to end our stay. Thank goodness we went with a deluxe room as the other rooms are too small for 2 people with luggage and hand luggage to all fit in comfortably. The bed was very firm and pillows were not very comfortable at all. Bathrooms are simple but great. As for the breakfast next door I’m sorry to say it was probably one of the worst I’ve had in my travels. My advice is to skip it and go elsewhere.

Very expensive for a very small room. You could only just fit a 4ft bed and single in room. No space to put cases. Sink in bathroom difficult to wash in as shelf overhangs. Breakfast ok. Only good thing was it was close to the MRT for travel
