Great staff and superior accommodation.

Absolutely amazing stay in Singapore. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, after a 14 hour flight from London, the staff at the hotel were able to find us a room that was ready for us to take a shower and freshen up before heading into the city, which was an easy walk away.

It was fun it was amazing it was clean the people were very courteous period it was easy get around my grab from the philippines work there so that was great already had a esm card which they didn't work but everything that it was amazing the grab drivers are very very nice people they tell you what's the place it to go and what to do

We stayed here for our second week having moved from another ParkRoyal Hotel (on Beach Road) in a different area. The hotel is stunning and there are nice extra touches like a turn down service with a fresh orchid. The staff were helpful and professional. The food was great but for us the selection was not as good as at the other hotel. We only ate breakfast there but it always felt hectic and there was often quite a wait for teas and coffees. Breakfast in the first hotel was much more relaxed and enjoyable. The big plus to this hotel is there an MRT station next door which saved a lot of time and helped when it was pouring with rain! Despite having no MRT station at the other hotel, I would still choose to stay there again rather than at this hotel.

A stay full of waits...

Rooms were fine. Requested for connecting rooms during booking and sent a message to follow up a day before but received no response. Upon check in, connecting rooms were not arranged. Had to wait for the 2 rooms to be cleaned and it took more than three hours despite staff saying it will be expedited. Even after check in time, we were left waiting. Finally got keys after dinner, and we had to wait almost an hour for someone to open the connecting door for both rooms. Service slow, and very unapologetic. Quite a distasteful experience considering it was one night stay and we were kept waiting due to poor service efficiency.
