View was spectacular! Unit perfect for 2 people. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous.The shower is lovely but the controls for the water need to be adjusted. Difficulty regulating water flow as well as adjusting water temperature.

Great Weekend Getaway

My wife and I were able to stay for a long wedding weekend. Property and room were great! Enjoyed the different amenities and options of the lagoon pool, the infinity pool, and beach. We would definitely go back!

Sprint Break with my boys

We had a decent stay. But I was underwhelmed with the room. There was dust in many places, food dried up in the microwave, and locks on bathroom doors were broken. My kids were cold and the one blanket and pillow for the pull out was not sufficient, I emailed the rental company and asked for one pillow, extra blanket and towels and they came over 24 hours later and gave me one pillow without a pillow case-that’s it. I also didn’t see a bathrobe in the closet. For the price, I would of expected bathrobes and cleaner rooms with better service.

Stay at Marriott Singer Island

Nice stay. Hurricane IAN decided to change our plans a bit, but that is not fault of the hotel. The only recommendation I have is better communication between the property manager and the front desk at the Marriott. We stayed in a private owners unit at the Marriott. Upon check in, no one at the front desk had any idea of our reservation or confirmation. It was fixed, but this seems like a very preventable issue.

Beautiful Room & Resort!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in room #2003 at the Marriott of Palm Beach on Singer Island. The room was wonderful with breathtaking views on the ocean and inland. The unit had a full size kitchen, washer/dryer, a larger walk-in closet, huge master bathroom, and a perfect balcony for us to unwind. We highly recommend this resort and room for anyone looking for a wonderful stay at a 4-star resort. We are already planning on coming back next year, thank you!

Wonderful time

My family of 4 (2 adults and 5 &8 year olds) had a great time. The owners are very responsive. The unit was perfect for us with a great view. We ate most of our meals in the room (there is a Publix near by for groceries). The 2 pools are great. Due to the location the infinity pool has the sun in the morning and we would do the lagoon pool in the afternoon. Highly recommend this unit and owner. (The pictures shown on the listing are not this exactly this unit but it is very similar)

Very good view in day and night for both ocean and city. Room is tall and big which is impressed. But the client service is so so - asked for 1 more dishwasher tablet and 1 more blanket which were rejected. If you have more tank 2 persons, bring your own blanket- I didn’t bring extra but have to buy extra in Walmart. Also I spent some time to coordinate owner and hotel for room phone issue but it was not solved in 6 days of my stay which is disappointing.

Nice property

The property was really nice & in great condition. Having the suite style room with kitchen is a bonus. The property manager accurately mentions the required valet parking charges, & provides chairs & beach umbrella so you don’t have to pay for those. Resorts are always trying to stick you for more costs. The pool was beautiful. The view is amazing.

Lovely property but with hotel expenses

This was a lovely vacation unit. When we first arrived we had some iissues with the room. The water pressure, shower, toilet, the lights the phones, the Keurig. Some of these issues were just us trying to figure stuff out. When I reached out to the property managers they were very responsive and sent someone right away. our biggest issue was that although this property is privately owned it is within a hotel so you end up incurring a lot of the expenses that you do when staying at a hotel. paying for valet each day and tipping everyone day in and day out really adds up. The unit provides you with beach chairs and an umbrella, but they were in very rough shape so we ended up renting the beach chairs at the beach from the resort which was an additional $45 a day (35 for 2 chairs but we needed 3). If you rent chairs at the beach or use the pools you cannot bring outside food or beverages so again you’re looking at significant cost for food and drink throughout the day. The location was just ok. Riviera Beach was pretty rough, it wasn’t a nice area.. Singer Island is beautiful, and the beach was spectacular. we spent so much time at the beach walking up and down and enjoying the beautiful natural shoreline. it was the highlight of our time in Florida. overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would probably return to Singer island again.
