We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and even though it had a woody dead animal type feel it was nice. Really good breakfast choices in the morning.

Maybe was nice when first opened but not anymore. Bubbled up carpet and wallpaper. Room was dusty, phone in room didnt work and the toilet leaked. Only had blinds and no curtains. Stayed at cheaper hotels that were way nicer. Also the pool is not very big which was very disappointing.

Our thermostat was at 60 when we checked in and did not work unless it was set that way. The room smelled like stale urine, I booked a king room with jacuzzi and did not receive a room like that. We were woke up by people fighting and yelling in the hallways every night, and our phone didn’t work in the room to call down to the desk. Will never stay there again.

Great place to stay. We came to Sioux City for a concert at the Orpheum Theater and wanted to spend some time gambling at the Hard Rock Casino. But rooms there were $350 a night! We found this hotel right across the street and despite some harsh reviews, we decided to try it. We had a great time. The room was clean and fresh. We loved the rustic decor. The indoor/outdoor pool was warm and refreshing. The hot tub wasn't so terribly hot like most, though other people would probably complain about that. Breakfast was delicious with fresh made pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Best of all, a standard room was only $150 with taxes and fees. We will definitely be back!
