Bonjour monsieur,Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Notre réception est ouverte 24h/24, il ne faut pas hésiter à nous contacter notamment si des clients sont trop bruyants et vous dérange.L'odeur venant de l'extérieur était dû à un problème sur un autre site que notre hôtel.
