The building is currently undergoing maintenance on the rear façade, which involves scaffolding in a secondary area of the back terrace.
These works do not generate any noise or disturbances, and they do not affect the comfort inside the apartment.
The main terrace at the front of the apartment remains fully accessible and equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining and relaxing.
The works are expected to be completed by the end of August. Cozy apartment in Sitges, 5 minutes from the beach and the port area. With a private patio and communal pool, this apartment with capacity for 4 people is ideal for spending a few days with family and friends in a pleasant and relaxed environment. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...), a spacious living room with TV and access to the private patio. From the patio you can also directly access the communal pool area. It has two bedrooms. One with a bunk bed and the main one with a double bed. Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
