Strangely I wasnât sure what to expect but I actually felt really at home đđ It needs new curtains and they need to be blackout!!! The current ones are so very hard to close
The initial booking in was easy, happy we got a ground floor apartment as easier to get out the building and the location was perfect. however the noise was unbearable, constant water running outside the window, from the bathroom, outside the door and an awful smell of sewage, barely got any sleep and upstairs apartment must enjoy running around all night as it sounded like heard of elephants. Staff were lovely but the rooms themselves could do with some maintenance(shower hanging off wall) and the sewerage smell inside the room.
Find it ok but nowhere in communication does it say how to get to car park. No one there when we arrived. Room smelt a bit musty and we found mouldy Takeaway food in microwave and buts of food on floor in bedroom. The sofa was dirty and tv didnât work, well it worked when we switched on what we thought was the heater so thatâs the negatives. On plus side it right next to pier and could see sea from our room but also could see Premier Inn so thatâs where I will book next time.
The staff polite and welcoming. The hotel and apartment nice and clean apart from the kitchen. When we entered our apartment it smelt of the previous peoples cooking and who ever had been in there needs a lesson in pot washing. The plates had food stuck to them so i had to wash before use. The oven needs a good clean
Parking misleading, only 4 spaces, 5 at a push! Always look for onsite parking wherever I book but this should state limited spaces as it isnât guaranteed! Apartment had clean bedding and towels but was in need of an upgrade, staff were lovely and helpful though!
