There is a playground with a fake grass area, swings, and slides next to the pool. There is also a table soccer area and a trampoline for additional entertainment. Exclusively for you, there is a 52 square meter covered dining area furnished with two custom wooden benches and chairs in addition to a wooden dining table. There is a flat-screen TV, a BBQ area, an extra refrigerator, a sink, and a cozy lounge corner that is easily accessible from the kitchen. This area is ideal for enjoying a late-evening glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the morning. You enter the tastefully furnished and fully functional interior from this terrace.
