The hotel did not honor your confirmation of price, there was additional outrageous charges added that we where not able to even get a receipt to see what they where. They stated that it was Expedia responsibility to provide the receipt with the charges. This is so very wrong on every level.SO you state an amount and confirm the reservation with the amount and then on check-in you get slammed with additional charges that was not provided or made aware of. Please explain that.

Overall a good hotel.

Overall, a good clean, sparsely furnished room, but no coffee maker and the toilet tank took forever to refill. Desk staff was friendly, and there’s a good Mexican restaurant nearby.

Used this hotel for years. Than it was Best Western. Now the same notel is Hilton. Looks like nothing changed, Exept : Price went UP , Quality of Breakfast went DOWN.

The property was recently refurbished and very nice. It was comfortable, warm, and quiet. Staff was friendly. Only negative was the continental breakfast. We went to Starbucks

Although they offer 24 hour coffee/tea in the lobby, there was no coffee maker in my room. I’m an early riser and would have preferred to have the option to make my own and not have to go to the lobby at 4am.

Excellent place right of 95!

Got to the hotel about 10 pm. Concierge at desk was very kind & helpful. The entire building was clean and looks brand new. Only cold foods for breakfast - I had a hard boiled egg and very fresh bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. I would definitely stay there again!
