The room was clean had no smell. The mattress was to soft for my liking and the pillows went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling down. The staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast was ok just a continental like most hotels. For the price I’d recommend it to others.

My only issue was that i booked it thru Booking .com and super.com took charge of it and they changed my arrival date. i tried to change my arrival or cancel my reservation so i could re book. i am awaiting a refund from smithfield, NC tru Hilton

The room and lobby were very clean and well kept. Most of the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The front desk attendants could have been friendlier. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

Our first time at a Tru and loved this once. Friendly and quick check-in, very welcoming to dogs, and wow super clean lobby and room was also clean and comfy. Gym was nice and had all newer equipment. Thankful for the 24-7 coffee and tea in the lobby. Overall great stay thank you so much!
