The house was perfect for our group of 12 a toy poodle. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out when they wanted, but the common areas were large enough to accomodate visiting, card games, and having meals together. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and finding some scenic views. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more!

nice house in need of a little upkeep.

This is a nice home with a wonderful view over the lake from the back deck. The only thing that prevented me from giving this home a 5 star rating were a number of upkeep type items that needed to be addressed. I communicated most of them to the property manager and they were responsive. Hopefully they will have them addressed before the next guests arrive.

It was an okay stay

The house is beautiful & the lay out is perfect for a family stay. Didn’t have upstairs heat though the first night so we had to call maintenance & they came out right away but couldn’t fix it so we had to go one night without heat which would of been okay but some of the fire places didn’t work in the rooms. The living room one needed a new pilot thingy which the maintence guy couldn’t fix either & another one needed wired bc one of the wires wasn’t even wired. Half of the remotes didn’t have batteries at all. The road to get to the house is very steep and narrow so luckily we didn’t bring a gooseneck trailer like we originally planned bc it never would have made it. The check in out were easy except they want you to do half thier job before you leave so not sure what the point of a cleaners fee is when we had to do half of it before checking out.

Great experience - no complaints!

Beautiful view, plenty of space for a large group, great customer service. We needed help operating tvs & the garbage disposal but a quick phone call helped right away. (Btw- in the downstairs area w the pool table, the cable receiver is on the wall behind the tv. And the switch for the garbage disposal is inside the pull up cabinet (little signs to explain these things would be helpful). But this is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely house

The property itself was lovely. There were too few towels and blankets but thats not unusual with Vrbo. However there is a house under construction within 50 feet to the right of the property. The noise if the machinery and crew, as well as the concrete dust made both decks and the hot tob useless on Friday. When i called Center Hill Chalets to let them know i was upset, they were nice on the phone but laughing in the background. Im still awaiting the promised call from the manager. I wasnt looking fir a refund, just someone to admit i wasnt properly informed. The pictures on the website are deceiving and no one mentioned anything to me. Ask specifically about construction before you book and get past the refund limit. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly equipped and without the construction on Saturday and Sunday it was quiet and beautiful.

Great House but

The kitchen was definitely lacking. There were only 6 small bowls and other houses we have stayed at had storage containers and at least salt and pepper. There were very limited amount of bath towels and washcloths. For a house that sleeps 13, you had to wash towels.

Family reunion

Our 13 member family came together for our annual reunion. We did a lot if cooking at the house and appreciated the abundance of cookware and serving pieces and rhe large kitchen. The dining and gathering space was big enough for our needs yet the outdoor patio and decks also allowed for quiet times. Perfect accommodations for our group!

Immediate and extended family stayed the week at this location. The property was very accommodating for our large group with several activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked, which was helpful. It is also located near many state parks that we visited, and is a reasonable drive from Nashville. We would recommend the property to other families visiting the area.

Beautiful lake home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. There is a large pantry beside the kitchen with an additional refrigerator and since we were a large group we filled up both refrigerators. The pool table room was a hit with everyone. We have already rebooked for another stay!
