Cette maison de ville magnifiquement rénovée et meublée est située dans la communauté Seascape Sur, nichée sur les falaises océaniques de la pittoresque plage de Solana. La communauté est la vie de villégiature à son meilleur avec accÚs à la plage, piscines chauffées, bains à remous, courts de tennis, club-house, étangs koi, jardins luxuriants et est à distance de marche des hippodromes Del Mar, Cedros Ave Design Distrcit, boutiques, restaurants et plus. Montez à bord du Coaster à la gare de la ville et dirigez-vous vers San Diego, Encinitas ou Carlsbad ou, à 20-30 minutes de route, vous pourrez vous rendre au LEGOland, SeaWorld, au zoo de San Diego, au parc Balboa, à La Jolla et au centre de San Diego.

Solana

Enjoyed our stay but there were too many stairs everywhere. 106 steps down the bluff to the beach and of course 106 back up. Owner should mention that so senior citizens and others would be aware.

Easy decision

We loved this stay. The home is lovely, comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfortable and there are all kinds of nice touches like extra soft blankets, beach toys, and a well-stocked kitchen. Hosts are extremely quick with communication and attending to anything that needs attention. We plan to return if we get lucky enough on availability!

Beautiful and Large condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is exceptional. It is really well stocked. It was nice having bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided also! Lovely, light and bright furnishings, would recommend! Great communicaton with the owner too!

Solana Beach Retreat: A Fantastic Stay for a Relaxing Getaway!

Our experience at Solana Beach was nothing short of fantastic! The property was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we required. The townhouse even provided beach essentials, making our beach days effortless. The location has easy access to the beach, a refreshing pool, and a soothing hot tub. The kids enjoyed their daily turtle hunts at the community pond. We highly recommend this place for a rejuvenating vacation!

Solana Beach Paradise

We stayed at Lisbeth's condo in November 2022 and had a terrific time. The condo is very clean and was fully stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen and bathroom essentials, which was a huge plus. Washer/dryer in the unit was also really nice to have. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. It is a corner unit and we found it to be very quiet. The grounds of the complex were very well maintained, including a nice Koi pond that runs through the center. Parking on-site was also great to have. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay on this property. Lisbeth was the most gracious host, and the rental was equipped with anything you might need. Everything from dish soap and sponges, full-size shampoo and conditioner, to a Ninja air fryer. The bedding was luxurious and the location could not be beat! Lisbeth gave us great local recommendations for food and places to check out with our kids. We can't wait to return!

Nice place very close to the beach

One comment upfront: This was a wonderful stay and a great place at Solana Beach! We stayed at the place with the family for a bit more than a week. Checkin instructions were good, we found everything right away. The place was spacious and very clean, large living room upstairs with a nice kitchen and a patio for a sundowner. Bedrooms downstairs were big and did not heat up too much. No need for the missing air conditioning. The distance to the beach was just 5 minutes and the place was even equipped with everything needed, like beach chairs, parasol and even boogie boards to enjoy the waves. Lisbeth was a great host and answered our questions right away. Thanks for the great stay! We would love to come back to the same place next time!

Exceptional On Every Level

Let me begin by stating my wife and I have enjoyed vacation properties all over the world. From Paris and Morroco to NYC and La Jolla, we prefer the "home" option over the hotel option. Probably because I travel for work so much! Anyway...all you need to know is this property is easily one of the best. The owner clearly cares as the smallest nuances have been thought of and provided for. The place is beautifully designed and well cared for. What I mean is the plates aren't chipped. The knives are sharp. The towels are fluffy and smell nice upon arrival. The TV remotes are clean and work. The beds are great, not saggy canoes. Immediately, at a surface level, you'll sense it's a great place to stay. But a week later you'll KNOW. And we very much appreciated that. Of course, the beach is spectacular and the surrounding area top-notch. If you're looking for a great way to enjoy SoCal, specifically in San Diego County, look no further. Finally, the owner was AMAZING at striking the perfect balance of "checking in on us" and not being overly involved. Through a series of kind and informative emails, she made us aware of local activities, made sure we were comfortable with the accommodations and provided us easy access to her if we needed it. This condo is beautifully updated with everything you need for a great beach vacation. It was perfect for my family of five. The condo’s location in Solana Beach is ideal for races and walking to the beach and great food. The owners were responsive and available to answer questions the entire trip. Wonderful stay in Solana Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this gem in Solana Beach. The condo was very clean, well-kept, and relaxing. The beds were really comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and cooking supplies. Lisbeth was extremely accommodating and responsive both before and during our stay, and the check-in process was easy. The complex is quiet and tucked away off the busy "main drag" of the 101, while at the same time being close to shops, restaurants, and lots of conveniences. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent condo!

This was a great condo! Clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We had three kids and it was perfect. Steps to the nice heated pool and hot tub. The beach is a short walk, plus stores and restaurants. Short 25 drive to hot spots in San Diego. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The owners were great to work with! Had everything we needed to make it a great week!

Great location. It’s a short walk down to the beach. The unit is located very close to the pool. Overall the unit is very clean and well kept and stocked with essentials. The owner was very helpful and was available if any issues arose. This was our first visit to San Diego, we stayed in Solana so we could spend more time at the beach vs in the city. It’s a quick commute to Legoland or back into San Diego for the day. The area has all the amenities need, Whole Foods, restaurants, etc. We would stay again.
