This was a jackpot of a location. It would be hard to find a better view of the ocean and stunning sunsets. All the basic supplies that we needed for the week were there. I started a list for the store and by time we looked around we realized we were fully equipped with back up tissues, soaps and coffee. All the remotes were clearly marked and easy to use. The air conditioners were definite bonuses for us as it did get pretty warm this week. The storage for our clothing and toiletries was abundant and allowed us to be organized for the week. We will seek this property again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great reunion with friends from Michigan here and we escaped the heat from Palm Springs. The place was comfortable and of course had the best views with beautiful sunsets and playful dolphins every morning. We enjoyed breakfast at The Naked Cafe, with amazing lattes, and had dinner at the solana beach kitchen as recommended in your binder.We walked the beach every morning and enjoyed the close proximity ( quick walk) of the small seaside market and CVS for essentials The hosts were great responding to minor inquiries within 15 minutes! One of the best locations we have experienced in SOCAL- We will be back !

We had two adults and three kids. Beach access and neighborhood walkability were terrific. Great views from the balcony. Bonus is the beach equipment provided by the owner. Quiet and relaxing setting. Would absolutely stay again!

Spectacular Solana Beach

We enjoyed out stay in this Solana Beach condo with our two kids. The photos on the listing are very accurate- it's a beautiful property (probably one of the nicest units in the complex), and the fully unobstructed ocean view is incredible. There were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, but the owner took care of the issues very quickly, so it didn't affect our stay at all. Thank you for making our family vacation so enjoyable and memorable!

Great Stay

A wonderful property. It is as good as it looks in the photos.You can’t beat the view. The neighborhood is walkable, quiet, and met all of our needs. The public access to the beach is somewhat hidden. So, there were days that we had the beach mostly to ourselves. Nick was a very responsive host.

STUNNING Oceanfront View

Fabulously renovated & decorated condo overlooking Solana Beach & Pacific ocean! Enjoyed watching surfers, dolphins, and sunsets. The condo is beautifully calming with the sound of the waves. Very comfortable beds. Nick was prompt in communicating and also in responding to a couple of plumbing issues. Such a special Christmas memory . . .

Condo with Breathtaking View

This is an outstanding condo with a spectacular location directly on the cliffs overlooking the beach. It's also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was nicely renovated, clean and well outfitted. The host was very attentive and even allowed us to check in early. We look forward to returning.

Amazing stay!

We loved staying at Nick’s place. From the moment you enter the condo we felt we made the right choice. Waking up to the sound of waves, seeing dolphins swim by, and unbeatable sunset views. We were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the neighborhood, the beach, and tennis courts. After days of exploring around it was great to come back and relax in this beautiful space.

I've stayed at this property several times over the past few years. It is my favorite VRBO. The condo is ideally located to the beach, town, train, restaurants, etc. it is beautifully decorated with views to die for. The host is very hospitable. Can't wait to return!
