Profi am Werk

"Das NH wie immer sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. So ist es wenn Profis am Werk sind und das Sagen haben. Obwohl das Hotel außerhalb der Stadt liegt, gibt es gegenüber ein Einkaufszentrum. Das einzige was zu merkern wäre ist die Parkplätze Politik, einfach überteuert. 15€ für Draußen und 25€ für die Tiefgarage pro Tag zu verlangen ist einfach dreister Abzocke."

Einmal und nie wieder

"Wenn Sie in einem Hotel morgens von Mitarbeiterin an der Reception nicht begrüßt werden, wissen Sie dass sie in ein schlechtes Hotel ausgestiegen sind. Wenn nicht mal der 01. Januar ein Grund den Kopf from Handy zu nehmen ist, dürfte man nicht an der Reception arbeiten. Ein Hotel mitten in Wohngebiet nichts zu beanstanden, nur da der Nachbar/in Tierquälerei betreibt, (Hund im Winter bei minus Temperatur draußen zu lassen), wurde ich vom bellenden Hund Tag und Nacht gestört. In Sicht keine Hotel Verantwortung, nur die schlechte Isolierung der Fenster im Hotel, hilft hier definitiv nicht. Nicht mal bei der ständigen lauten Musik im Hotel Gänge. Wenn schon Musik, bitte leiser, dezenter. Das Hotel wird als 4 Sterne Hotel beschrieben, warum eigentlich nicht 6? So ernst sind die 4 Sterne zu nehmen."

Sehr enttäuschend - nicht zu empfehlen

"Empfang sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr alt, Sessel abgesessen, Möbel abgewetzt, im Zimmer 316 stank es enorm, hatte Haare am Bett, überall Fusel auf dem Teppich. Bekam dann Zimmer 716, was besser roch aber auch da war der Teppich nicht sauber. Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, weil mein Auto von der Höhe passt und es in der Nähe von Familie ist. Frühstück auf keinen Fall buchen, mindere Qualität: Pulversaft, 1 Konfitüre, Nutella, die sich in Fett und Choco teilt, fader Tee, das schlimmste: es ist eine Hotel, in dem junge Schüler ausgebildet werden, die dann zu 5 mit verschränkten Armen hinter dem Rücken ohne Begrüssung einem beim Frühstück zuschauen und um den Tisch gehen. Ich fühlte mich wie in einem Gefängnis. Habe dies schon bei den letzten beiden Besuchen bemängelt aber anscheinend ist das dem Hotel egal. Fitness ist gut. Dass es nur Thaimassage gibt, finde ich suspekt. Hätte sonst gerne eine medizinische Massage gebucht. Bin von diesem Besuch enttäuscht. Die Zimmer brauchen dringend ein Upgrade und bessere Reinigung. Die Lage ist gut. "
