I told them I needed a room that is hypoallergenic. It definitely had pets in it. I literally had to leave the room for the night and sleep in the car as they made me move to another room.

The poool was disgustingly dirty and cloudy. It was over crowded with people who were guest and not actually staying at the hotel. Just guests guest. Kids were unsupervised everywhere causing issues. I couldn’t get towels when requesting more. Garbage was just out in front of peoples doors
