Pros: close to town, charging station provided for electronics, coffee provided, umbrellas provided, easy code access to enter the home, driveway to park the car.Cons: second shower is not a shower; it is a bath tub with a hand-held sprayer; very loud intersection; stains on the rugs.
This house was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. Lots of space for 4 of us, with indoor and outdoor seating areas. It is the perfect location, less than a 10 minute walk directly into Sonoma town square. The place was very clean with a smooth check in/check out process, and the host was qick to respond to questions and made sure we got in and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely book this again next time we're in Sonoma.
House is perfect location to walk into the town plaza. Had some issues with the air unit but host was communicative. It went unresolved but still a pleasant stay.
While the pictures show the property it really can't describe how crammed the space is. Each main living space is very small and oddly spaced out (needs reno). We traveled with our 8 month old 6yr old and couldn't really relax as the rooms were incredibly small and hardly had any space to comfortably move around, especially for a crawling baby. I tried my best to be out of the property for as long as possible to avoid it... It's clear that there has been very little investment into updating this property.ANTSAlso, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen which was a nightmare in itself especially considering that I had a crawling baby. The property manager did organize to have an ant trap sent over but let's be real the last thing that I wanted to see in the kitchen while making breakfast on vacation was a bunch of dead ants in plastic trap (gross). Made especially worst that I rented for and paid for a high chair for my daughter and couldn't even use it because the ants infiltrated it. Any home owner knows that this kind of ant problem needs fumigation. I would have expected some sort of refund but it was "here's an ant killer".The property itself is spacious but the backyard can barely feel like it can be used - just doesn't have a welcoming vibe or landscaping - an all mud and dirt feel.Laundry is available but you'll have to go outside in the empty garage to use it.One good thing is that it's a 10 minute walk to Sonoma Plaza, which was nice and convenient.
Prime location near the Sonoma square, but a nice quiet neighborhood. The cottage easily accommodated five adults and it was well furnished and clean. Thank you.
We enjoyed staying in your Cuneo Cottage. Loved the history and pictures throughout the house and the proximity to the Plaza, hiking trail and Sebastiani Winery!!
I thought the cottage was very cozy. It had everything we needed to stay in and enjoy plus it was located so close to the square that we were able to just walk out our door and down to the city center. The backyard was very large which was really nice for our dogs.
Great Location, across the street from aWinery, 1short block from a dog friendly Walking/bike path. Short walk to the square.Everything you would want!!!!
Love the place but the tub with the hand shower should really be upgraded and somebody please check the toilet in that bathroom. It is not bolted down.
Far better than the pictures portray. You need a better photographer for sure.
We had a marvelous time. Unfortunately it was a bit too hot to enjoy the lovely yard, however we enjoyed every moment.
Thank you
The house was perfect for 2 couples to stay at. Location was excellent being very walkable to the square (be sure to check out the Tuesday night farmers market there during the season). Everything we could want was there or easily accessible and this was a perfect launching point for exploring Sonoma.
